I’ll be honest chat I’m a Starbucks fanatic, so I usually don’t stray too far from my comfort zone. But today, Black Rock Coffee absolutely won me over. The bakery selection was amazing and way better than I expected, and my coffee? Phenomenal. And that’s saying a lot coming from a certified sugar addict 😄
Everything about today’s visit was smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. You can tell there’s care put into both the drinks and the overall experience. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful I stopped in.
With how many Black Rock locations I’m starting to see around town, I’ll definitely be popping in more often. If you’re looking to switch things up or just want a great cup of coffee with solid vibes, Black Rock is worth the stop ☕

Best coffee in town hands down coffee is always delicious and the delivery is fast. I like the app and like that you can get points to get free coffee awesome. Staff is always on good mood and happy. I would give them a raise asap!!

Black Rock Coffee is easily one of my favorite spots to grab a drink! The vibe is modern, welcoming, and full of great energy—whether you’re stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or hanging out to get some work done. The staff is always super friendly and attentive, and they really go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Their drinks are incredible—smooth, bold coffee flavors with the perfect balance of richness and sweetness. I especially love their specialty drinks; you can tell they put a lot of creativity and quality into the menu. The consistency is impressive too—every cup I’ve had has been spot-on.
Overall, Black Rock Coffee combines excellent drinks, amazing customer service, and a fun atmosphere that keeps me coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

My internet was out so I ran over here to do a quick business meeting. The rap music is so loud, you can hear it from the parking lot. Inside, it’s like a club. The bass was so loud, even my noise cancelling headphones couldn’t drown it out. I left my drink that I purchased- didn’t even care because it had been sitting on the counter for a while. Maybe they called my name, maybe not- I certainly didn’t hear it over the deafening music.
Asked the girl if she could turn it down and she said that was “corporate standard” so she couldn’t do anything about it.

⭐ 1 Star – Charged Full Price for a 3/4 Full Cup & Treated Poorly by Management
I went to Black Rock Coffee and ordered a large Mexican Mocha with no ice from a barista named Mackenzie. When I received the drink, a full quarter of the cup was missing — it was noticeably underfilled. Despite this, I was still charged $7.36.
When I pointed out the issue, I was told that to receive a full cup without ice, I’d need to pay an extra 50 cents for what they called a “cold pour.” I escalated the issue to the store manager, Ethan, who refused to give me his last name. He insisted this has “always been the policy” and made it clear he had no intention of correcting the order or making it right.
When I told him I’d be filing a complaint with corporate, he sarcastically replied, “Good, that’s easier.” I left and took my business to Starbucks next door — where I was treated with basic courtesy and received a full cup of coffee for less money.
This was my last visit to Black Rock. Charging over $7 for a 3/4 full drink and showing zero accountability is unacceptable. I do not recommend.
I've been coming here almost every single day before work since they opened. The District Manager & Manager needs to know how AMAZING, efficient, and friendly of a staff they have here at this location. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Not 1 bad apple in the bunch. I wish I could remember names but I would have to say everyone. Period. Thank you for making my mornings smooth moving and being so nice. It really means a lot! Cheers ☕️

Sat in the drive through at the order board for 10 min guy kept looking at me and still did not take my order I will take my business elsewhere oh and he could see me from the window horrible service
