If you are local or visiting the area this has to be a spot to try and become a regular spot. We had the best services in Paul! The menu had lots of options and the drinks were amazing. I had the pecan wood chicken enchiladas and it was over the top! Thank you again to the staff at Blue Adobe for being open today. You made this trip a little better for my family.

Excellent service, our group of 8 was taken care of with A-1 service. We had a variety of different things to eat, it was all delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, we came to celebrate the birthday of a very good friend.

Our first time here. We drove from Alma School and Guadalupe to this location to try it out. We were glad we came. REALLY great food and excellent service by Paul. The menu has so many choices it was difficult to choose just one. Portions are huge btw. Fresh whole beans were the bomb. Wife loves fresh whole beans and was excited to see it wasn't the normal refried beans most places serve. Looking around at other guests plates and all the dishes looked delicious and fresh. Seriously glad we came and will definitely be back. Oh and the wife couldn't say enough about the fresh mango margarita. So good and not too sweet like other places. Cheers!

This restaurant is the best!! The food is so unique and delicious! I've never had anything like it. The lobster mac and cheese was amazing and our server Brian was very sweet and attentive! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the Gilbert location of the Blue Adobe Sante Fe Grille! My husband and I called ahead to reserve a table on the patio for our whole family to celebrate our twins' 22nd Birthday. The table was ready when we arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that they had thoughtfully added a table cloth and some birthday confetti so it looked more special than just going out to dinner. The food was excellent and the service was great too! Free dessert for the girls' for their birthday was a nice touch too. Definitely try their guacamole....that and their warm chips are awesome!

Very nice place tucked away in a non busy intersection. Made a reservation earlier in the day from their website, would highly recommend trying to do that, and was seated right away at that time. Started with fresh guacamole and came out quick and tasted great along with their chips and salsa. Meals came out fast as well for ours and our two boys. Meals are a few dollars more than the average but nothing too high. Decent menu options and would recommend to someone looking for a chance of place to a quiet setting. Several TV's near bar area to watch sports and patio area for outdoor seating too.

I was disappointed in that Christmas stack dinner. It didn't have a lot of flavor. The service was great but my dinner was not. For a new Mexican restaurant, I thought it would have more flavor and spice. For New Mexican food, I would strongly suggest you go to LA Ristra instead.

Very well done. I ordered the chorizo stuffed chicken. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is that the chicken is slightly overdone. Everything else is very tasty. The potatoes served in half a green Chile is inspired.

Great ambience, food was fantastic! I had the pork chops with mango salsa. Highly recommended! Chips n salsa are tasty, the lobster dip was even better. I had the blackberry margarita. I savored every drop of both!

We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. New Mexican style cuisine, freshly prepared and delicious. Our favorite dishes are the corn chowder, last night's meatloaf and stuffed chicken breast. Burgers are also outstanding. They have a great brunch menu on the weekend, too. Staff and management are top notch. We will always stop here when in AZ.
