Blue Wasabi Sushi and Martini Bar

We drive three hours down the mountain, and three hours back, just for Blue Wasabi. That alone should tell you everything.
As a family of 6, we easily order 12+ rolls, and every single one is fresh, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. The fish tastes clean and vibrant, not heavy. We always leave feeling satisfied but somehow still light and energized, which says a lot about the quality of the ingredients.
The service is just as impressive as the food. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience.
Hands down, the best place to eat in the Valley. It’s not just sushi... it’s worth the drive every single time.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the host, Aileen. She was rude from the moment I arrived, slammed the menus, and gave me unfriendly looks. I also overheard her cursing and yelling at other hosts. She told me the wait time was over an hour, but I later heard her say she just didn’t like me and was intentionally giving a false wait time. This level of unprofessionalism made the entire visit uncomfortable. Management should be aware of how guests are being treated.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. The host is a complete joke. We sat there and waited for a table and then finally received a text stating our table was ready and couldn’t get to the host fast enough through the crowd to then have her say they gave our table away after 3 minutes. Would never return to this place again…..

Got seated outside, waited 25 minutes not even a drink order. 3 different waiters/waitresses walked by our table and didn’t even acknowledge us. I would rate the food and drinks but didn’t even get that!

Blue Wasabi is incredible! The martinis are top-tier, but the sushi is absolute FIRE. You have to get the Marilyn Monroll—the pink soy paper is a vibe and the amount of fresh sashimi inside is insane. Perfectly paired with a dirty martini. 10/10 vibes!💕
