This place has always been great for my family, we have been going for many years! There hasn't been a bad experience anytime we've gone. My girlfriend is a picky eater but has always found something to eat when we go.

We’ve been here a couple times previously and the food was good. Recently we had Brian as a server, and he had some amazing recommendations for customizing rolls, desserts and my favorite the East LA roll. Great food, phenomenal service and a good atmosphere for all.

Never got seated even after 1 hour. We did have a large group but got there at 430 when they were just opening and put our name in asked several times but was told they were working on it. After over an hour we got tired of waiting and left, very disappointed.

Really delicious food and drinks. The service was exceptional, Tiffany knocked it out. Cool ppl with an awesome vibe didn't realize we were there over 2 hours. Definitely coming back!

Dine in on 04/04/2024. Party of 7. Birthday celebration. First time venturing here. Cool looking place. Unfortunately bad smell as you walk in, cross between dirty mop water and gym. We should have requested outside. Drinking Glasses had crust and covered in hard water spots. Tables were not very clean. Waitress was good and friendly. Drinks did come out fast and were good. Menu names were entertaining and fun unfortunately that did not carry over to the food which was so/so. Not horrible, just not great. I’ve had much better in the surrounding area. Probably would not go back.

Trendy sushi joint serving other food options for those who don't care for sushi/sashimi. Cash & credit cards accepted. Busy place, especially on weekends. Indoor and outdoor seating, and they have heat lamps for outside when the weather is cooler.Service is marginal. Reluctant to accommodate larger groups. Definitely give off the vibe that they don't really need your business and therefore aren't willing to extend themselves.Food is fine but not exceptional. Their Diablo roll has a good bite to it but is hardly the danger the menu suggests it is. Chili edamame has a really nice kick to it. Regular edamame is also good. Rolls aren't bad but not memorable. Cocktails are solid, with their own twists on classics like the margarita and gin and tonic. And for dessert it's hard to beat their espresso martini.If you want to be in a hip, trendy spot with the attitudes that go with it, this is a great place.Vegetarian options: Yes, at least in appetizers as well as California rolls.Dietary restrictions: Inquire.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: More of a hip place to hang out but not unfriendly to kids & family. Probably going early is better than later.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Food was great, a bit pricey but still good. Sever was awesome. It was a bit loud in there, especially for a mid week night.
Great food, good people working there. I have ordered the mushrooms and it takes forever to deliver. Waiters and waitresses that take your order don't always deliver so not as attentive to missing food when it's busy. I was a little disappointed.

Even though it was a busy Valentine's Day, we were seated quickly by the friendly staff at Blue Wasabi. Our waitress was attentive, bringing our drinks out right away. While our food took a little longer than usual (and expected because of valentines day), it was worth the wait.This is hands-down our favorite sushi spot in town – the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be back, and next time I won't forget to snap a picture of our amazing meal. Great job, Blue Wasabi!"
