Boba Cucue Bubble Tea Cafe - Gilbert

I called ahead to order a drink because I was driving and their online system didn’t have the customization I wanted for my drink. The girl who answered couldn’t make a drink ahead of time when I was 5 min away….i showed up to the store and absolutely slow no customers. Please tell me why wouldn’t someone be able to take a customers order over the phone to help out when the store had no customers? It’s always customers first but this store showed nothing but laziness and attitude

I've been going here with my family same day and time every week. This place is ADORABLE. Cutest store you'll ever walk in! They got a revamp today and it's even cuter! Staff are super friendly and all the food and drinks are great too. Be careful though the claw machines are a liiittle addictive. Easily spend over 100 dollars on them alone every time we come here (for 120 tokens i believe?) We get a bunch of plushies so the plushie exchange system they have is great. Overall awesome place. Only complaint is that the claw machines claws are very shaky, they'll fling your prizes sometimes but if you got the tokens and are good at claw machines it isn't much of an issue

The location in Tucson is great, all the employees I’ve encountered have been really nice. They work really hard and make excellent drinks. I love this place.

Such a cute place! Awesome boba, great snacks, fun music, and a bevy of claw games. Nothing but good vibes here. Oh and great service!

This place must've recently gone through a remodel / revamp because its super cool inside now! It was pretty busy when we stopped by on Sunday as the line was out the door and there was several groups of people sitting down.

We looked over the menus and ordered. My sister had an Oreo milk tea, my friend had a peach frappe, and I had the mango frappe.

The drinks were all delicious and not overwhemilgly sweet. They were unfortunately all out of the honey boba though so we had to improvise our drinks.

We sat down for like two seconds and decided to give the plushy claw machines a try. We each spent about $5 on tokens and we all walked out with a cute bear.

Overall we had a great visit. They have a variety of drinks and snacks on the menu and they all sound good! Cant wait to be back to try them out!

The place is super cute but I really wish they had wifi and stayed open a bit longer.

Cafe-wise:
- great place to sit and work
- love the aesthetic but I had to stick to non-wifi work since they don't have wifi

Regular Boba Test (Honey Green Milk Tea):
- very overpowering jasmine flavor
- heavy on the milk
- skimpy on the boba
- boba quality varied from bite to bite
- did not finish

Water Boba Test:
- not enough boba in the drink
- boba quality varied, some were really good, but others were kind of hard

Pretty decent boba shop! The aesthetic is super cute, and the service was quick! Went during a weekday so it wasn't busy at all.
Their drinks are extra sweet though compared to other boba I've had, which if that's your thing then GREAT! For me however, it was too much, but perhaps I'll try something else instead next visit.

The crane machines are a tad weak, any wiggle it does once in the air could fling the plushy out of its grasp, but it's not impossible if you do ones close enough to the hole!
