First time in Arizona and was wanting to find a nice donut place. This was the closest so I tried it out. Best decision ever. The customer service was amazing and welcoming. The donuts were the best I ever had, shout-out to coconut cream. Defiantly going to be my donut place whenever I am in Arizona.

Extremely rude employees if you use the bathrooms before buying anything, maybe put up a sign if you require a purchase the second you step in the door.
My family loves this location! They are always so sweet to us and have never given us the wrong items. Ensuring is always fresh and delicious! We will continue to return.

Like other recent reviews, the quality has gone downhill recently. Purchased a couple egg sandwiches and the eggs were rubbish. Overcooked to the point they tasted like a car tire. Tried to reach out to talk to someone but no one contacted me. Terrible service.

the 3 women at Bosa donuts on Central Ave Phoenix, don't let customers use the credit card POS, and they add tips to you card. DO NOT TRUST these 3 women working the drive thru window.

I so love the donuts. Stepped in and ordered 7 dozen. The person helping me let me know she likes Dunkin. Then after her team filled the order, I paid with a credit card and reached for the touch pad to leave a tip for the team. To my surprise, the Dunkin lover turned the screen towards her and finished the transaction without allowing to leave a tip. I said, "I wanted to include a tip." Dunkin looked at me like I had two heads and walked in back. I was not able to leave a tip. This is very unfortunate for the hard-working team members. Do better next time Dunkin.
