The food is good. The service is always lacking and no one who works there is enthusiastic or any kind of motivated. Also, they’re always out of all of the donuts. Why stay open until 10pm on a Saturday if you literally don’t make any more donuts after the morning rush? Came at 5pm on Saturday 21SEP24 and was told they don’t have any donuts. Really don’t think we are coming back as this is the 3rd time this has happened.

I love Bosa. Mostly I love to travel in state and everywhere I go, I see a Bosa. (Payson, prescott, cottonwood) very happy to always have that comfort food of either a Thai tea, or my favorite old fashioned chocolate donut with coconut shavings. Yum!

Every time I go through the drive thru, I’m sitting there for 15-20 minutes waiting for my food to come out. When it does, my order ALWAYS comes out wrong and when I try to let them know they were going to charge me extra! Never again. Don’t recommend this location at all.

2 stars because my kids like the donuts. Price gouging…owner is making huge profits due to lack of competition in the area. Prices are higher here than the better quality donuts we get near the beach in California where their operating costs are much higher. Basic donut nearly $2 when it was about $1 a few years ago. Milk is now nearly $3. Service is normally slow with inefficient, inexperienced staff, high turnover…mistakes are common so double check your order before leaving. Owner cares only about profits and not customer service.
