How do you have an attitude taking an order and still mess up counting donuts. I got shorted for a the dozen. (Still asked for a tip lol)
Donuts are still good quality, fair price, given all these new places charging $30+ for flavored bread.
It’s best to head inside for accurate orders. I intend to do so till this spot gets their service right haha

I usually get apple fritters but these were nasty over baked and black and color and burnt and inside the restaurant smelled moldy while he was mopping the floor and a bunch of stock over by the back area where you sit by the bathrooms I don't know my parents love going there for the croissants but I'm not too impressed with my last purchase even though the donuts are usually pretty good.

Those place does not honor coupons without them in hand... I went on 12/12 Krispy Kreme had a buy a dozen get a dozen special,... with or without a coupon. Bosa had a buy 12 get ½dozen free... with coupon.
Smart business says, compete and take dollars away from your competitors. They did not honor either, so I went and drove to get the Krispy Kreme

Just bought 2 apple fritters and they are burnt pointed it out to clerk and she didn’t agree I suggested to try one all the edges are black
The server that always serves my croissants know us as a person that shopped there all the time and that is terrific. We love that.

The food is good. The service is always lacking and no one who works there is enthusiastic or any kind of motivated. Also, they’re always out of all of the donuts. Why stay open until 10pm on a Saturday if you literally don’t make any more donuts after the morning rush? Came at 5pm on Saturday 21SEP24 and was told they don’t have any donuts. Really don’t think we are coming back as this is the 3rd time this has happened.
