I’ve been here a few times in the morning and this place has the worst customer service at any Bosa I’ve been to. It always seems like I’m an inconvenience to their day.

I ordered a 16oz Thai Tea with Bobba since I had a coupon for $2.99 and a glazed Donut.. I asked for the Thai Tea to have no ice and when I went to pay the order was $6.15 (not much but for a $2.99 Tea and a Glazed Donut I thought it would have been perhaps $5 bucks... So I asked and the person that works there and said that when you order drinks without ice it's an extra $1 I find it ridiculous and even more so since there was no sign nor the person who took the order said anything. This is really bad business! It's just the point of it all. Very disappointed

Pull up to the bumper babeee and buy A donut. Ghee Wiz...they taste so good. And, the price is comparable to DK but the taste is far above. The fact that one really is enough makes me feel greedy because two is twice as nice. And you may as well buy another since you're there.

How do you have an attitude taking an order and still mess up counting donuts. I got shorted for a the dozen. (Still asked for a tip lol)
Donuts are still good quality, fair price, given all these new places charging $30+ for flavored bread.
It’s best to head inside for accurate orders. I intend to do so till this spot gets their service right haha

I usually get apple fritters but these were nasty over baked and black and color and burnt and inside the restaurant smelled moldy while he was mopping the floor and a bunch of stock over by the back area where you sit by the bathrooms I don't know my parents love going there for the croissants but I'm not too impressed with my last purchase even though the donuts are usually pretty good.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a donut shop. We love getting our donuts here when we get them. The kids are always excited to get them and the staff is always kind.
