Has anybody else noticed that they're making the donuts SMALLER as well as greasier?? Also their service standard has gone down as it is not as friendly as it used to be.

Took 15 minutes in the drive thru for 3 donuts and they didn't even give us the correct items we ordered. Understaffed and very slow. You'll get your order right 50 perfect of the time.

Bosa donuts is highly overrated. Their donuts are not fresh, they have become skimpy.They are terribly over priced, and their servers are rude.

Went to the Williamsville location. My kids ordered two smoothies. I ordered a tuna sandwich and a drink. They get their smoothies 25 minutes later she just starts to make my sandwich. She forgot I asked what happened the other girl working I said I don't know I didn't take your order so I will never come back to this location not to mention to put a bad taste for Bosa donuts in my mouth.

We don't have many donut stores around us so we come here a lot. However I've asked different employees about what oil they use to cook their donuts and no one knows. It's usually only kids working which is fine if they were professional. This last time the girl working was very rude when I asked. I then asked her if she could ask the other employee who was older and seemed more knowledgeable and kind and the young girl said "she doesn't know either, I've been here longer." I was surprised as I would think this is a common question especially with allergies being so common these days. The donuts are average. What I do like is they have shaved ice at a good price and a drive thru. But from now on we will be supporting the kind business owners at Donut Worry in Mesa. They also happen to have the freshest, softest donuts I've ever had.
This location is poorly maintained in comparison to others. From the parking lot with potholes so big your car could fall into to the dining area that looks like a storage garage with boxes and buckets stacked high. The place is really unappealing and so are the donuts. Just go to any of the other nearby locations for a better experience.

I went into the BoSa on Williams Field and Higley this morning.I bought a Chocolate Chip Muffin. When I got home, this Chocolate Chip Muffin and THREE chocolate chips inside. THREE!Apprentaley, BoSa does not understand how to make a good muffin.BoSa, step-up your game. You should be EMBARRASSED my this.SHAME on you Bosa!

Rude, younger blonde girl working in the morning of Aug 10 needs to have her attitude adjusted, acting like some big shot working min wage at a run down donut shop GTFOH . If u don’t want to be at least polite in a customer service position DON’T GET A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m new to AZ and had questions about some donuts and flavours and got nothing but major attitude and major power tripping. I also had a digital coupon that they would not honour bc it needed to be printed. Hey Bosa 2004 called, they want their laser inkjet printer back! Who do y’all think prints anything anymore. Get with the program. $17 for a dozen donuts plus the attitude and filth warrants a never again from me. Boooo, do better. And maybe get one of your girls to clean the place up, oh right, can’t break a nail. All good though, they totally counter the awful hair and service.
