What a dump! We’ve lived here for about three years and they’ve never once cleaned the place. Pretty sure they don’t even bother to clean it at night for the end of the day. Their BR makes truck stop Bathrooms look like the 4 Seasons.

Came in around 7am this morning, as I was waiting in line to be served, a older Asian decent lady opened the door, came into the shop walked behind the counter, and started helping customers WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! I stated that she did not wash her hands, so did another customer and she ignored us and continued to grab donut trays with her bare hands and touch other food items. The other worker man tried to tell her and she ignored him too. Notifying the Health Department, I can only imagine, what other unsanitary habits they have, that people don’t know about. Disgusting and the donuts always taste 2 days old!

Yeah 5 star donuts YES.. kind friendly faces, they even have new a donut I didn't ask for and yes still 5 star... Kiss method.. keep it simple service... Mistakes happen but it's overshadowed with great products, smiling and kind people, and getting it out the door.... It's like this in this store all the time... And the order was correct plus 1.. lol... I didn't mind because of the service, the vibe and smiling faces. I will go back to this store and others
Dietary restrictions: If you got restrictions.. eat slow.... Lol
Parking: If busy in the mornings a day care next door it can be tight.. I suggest parking on West side of building when really busy or a large truck or SUV ... Lots of Mom's in and out
Kid-friendliness: Kids in here all the time.. plenty of seating..
Wheelchair accessibility: Big open space inside..

Place smells like dirty mop water and the walls and tables have caked on dirt. Donuts don’t taste fresh. Horrible place. They use lobby were you sit and eat as a storage. Run!!

This is the 3rd order in a row where I ordered 2 things through Uber and each time they got one item completely wrong. Who puts lettuce, tomato, jalapenos and pickles on a breakfast sandwich? With eggs? They've done it 2 weeks in a row. I just get madder each time it happens. It's super expensive. I don't generally leave reviews for anything but there's no recourse except to just quit going there. Which I will. They don't answer the phone and it's not Ubers problem. That was a different trip where they took the whole order to the wrong house.

Very Underwhelming. I'm from Texas and these donuts don't compare. Dry, icing coming off, not fresh etc. No Kolaches either. I don't see how there are so many BoSa donuts around here. I might have to open up my own donut shop to show you what real donuts taste like.

Some of the workers speak such poor English, I couldn't understand them. Manager stands in the background staring and laughing at the customers. Got my second order completely wrong. Walked away without my drink. Ugh!
