What is the point of calling in an order to be picked up up at a certain time, if when you get there it's not ready, and you have to wait 20 minutes.

I love their donuts. However I found out that when you pay and leave a tip on the receipt the person who helped you don't get the money. It goes to the company. They said they get what's in the money jar. But the tip on receipts go to the company. Shameful. So give them cash. Like I said I love their donuts.

Best maple bar you will ever have. I love their donuts. They are always so fresh and unlike some "other places" whose donuts taste like oil, these most definitely do not. Their donut holes are addicting. Seriously, so good. Word to the wise, if you come late afternoon or evening, their selection is very limited which is a bummer when you are craving that maple bar at 7pm.

The customer service is so bad. I went to bosa donuts today to get some donuts and a boba smoothie. Right when i walked in there was this Asian lady staring at me and didn't even say anything until i asked her if i could use a coupon. After i got my drink i notices that there were no boba in it and when i walked back in the store to ask her she yelled at me saying there was no more. SHE STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE BOBA IN MY DRINK!! Everytime I go there i hope she isnt working that day and i get treated the same every time i go.

Probably one of the most dirty Bosa's I have ever been to. The floors are disgusting. There is no where clean to sit inside so you are forced to sit in the heat outside. I am curious to see what the back looks like where they actually bake the food. I will not come back to this location.

I just started coming to this bosa and let me tell you, Hong is absolutely amazing!!! She's a very very hard worker and is extremely pleasant and made my experience so good that I'm always so excited to stop by and say hello and get some amazing doughnuts, the food here is absolutely amazing and made with care, I've never met someone who cares about their job more than her:))

I go here regularly, and love this place!! Great donuts! They could use an additional person working the counter as when a person buys a dozen, those people tend to go wildly slow. However, that is not on the establishment and the budget may not allow for another worker.

The woman who waited on us was rude, unfriendly, and took her time to come out from the back to see what we wanted. The place is unkempt and needs to be updated and cleaned!! Not going there again...
