We recently used this restaurant for a private corporate event for 25 people. The service and food were excellent! Amber was great! They provided AV and were available to help if needed. Overall , a very good experience. We will definitely have more events at this restaurant.

Plenty of other options for great steak for less $$$ elsewhere. Spend it if you got it! The atmosphere is good. I don't understand the niche, but that's not to say they do not have a sound and loyal customer base.

Not worth it. Sub par steak, terrible service, all for more money than steak 44, Dominick's, etc. first and last time visiting sadly. Gotta do better if you want to play at this level!

We went to Bourbon and Bones last night for a birthday dinner for my friend. I have been there before to experience the amazing food, but I did not remember a lot about the service from back then. Our server, Hallie, who is the reason I'm writing this review, is an outstanding, impeccable, phenomenal, first - class, top-tier, wonderful human being, and quite frankly is a MFn G. She is friendly, patient, kind, and is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. She checked on us so we felt the love, but also didn't do it excessively. Everything we ordered came out perfect. We ordered our food all at once, meaning every course, because she assured me she would time it out. Y'all know when you time out food at a restaurant you often still end up sitting at a buffet, with so many plates on your table and the pressure to rush through your previous course, so that your main course doesn't get cold. Hallie flawlessly coordinated a perfect dinner. It seemed like she did so effortlessly. We didn't feel rushed we had an incredible time and we got to experience ALL the food we ordered. She delivered an experience so smooth it seemed sandpapered. The method of service that Bourbon and Bones uses should be applied at every single restaurant in the US. Their team mentality for helping is incredible to watch. Every single person we came in contact with was exceptionally kind, respectful, funny, humble and very good at making sure the patrons are cared for. If you have ever seen the Disney movie from 1991 called Beauty and the Beast, you will understand what I mean when I say that our visit last night was like the scene/song from Be Our Guest. Hallie was coordinating the show and all the tea cups and teapots and tea everybody were fantastic. Period. I would mic drop here but I'm not finished going on and on about this. Hallie ensured our dinner was as smooth as a jazz song, and, as perfectly timed as a souffle. She was so attentive and thorough that I half expected her to make sure I got home later and/or tuck me in. I also want to take a moment to shout out Lee as he is such an important part of the team that helped make this birthday dinner so incredible. Lee assisted Hallie with our table and was basically a ninja who came in and out to replace plates, clean things up, etc. Lee, I see you, I adore you and you were also a rockstar. Also, I still love your jewelry. I will say that everyone at Bourbon and Bones is so helpful and kind, and humble, and they lead with a service attitude. In this day and age that is so rare. They all deserve huge kudos. So as far as what to expect when you visit Bourbon and Bones, you should expect incredible food, an amazing selection of bourbon, and outstanding customer service. Ask to be seated in Hallie's section so that you can experience this yelp review in 3-D, Cinemax, big screen, for your self. Don't forget the extra tip money.

Another fun unplanned dinner and drinks, seated at the bar at Bourbon & Bones!!! Thanks to our favorite mixologist, Dillion, we had a fabulous evening out! As always, the manager stopped by to say hi to us and checked to see if we needed anything. It is such a pleasure to have the best drinks and shrimp in the valley! Thanks again! See you again soon. patti and Taylor

We went into Bourbon and Bones for a birthday celebration. Our servers Amber and Hallie went above and beyond for us. We are so impressed! I ordered an old fashion because I wanted to try for the first time. I realized it was good but not my thing. Amber suggested the Berried Alive and a few other drinks that fit my taste and explained each one individually and she hit it on the nose! That's my new favorite drink! We had the best experience!

I personally would choose any other popular steakhouse rather than bourbon & bones. It's probably the priciest, snootiest, and the most packed restaurant in the valley, for no reason. The seating is terrible as you can tell they just try to pack as many tables as possible. Server seemed like she hated her life and was just reading off a script. Food is decent, but the prices don't justify it by any means.

So disappointed. Manager started off playing the game that he couldn't seat us near the bar/outdoor area because the tables were reserved. After stating we were going to leave, magically a table became available. None of the multiple-tables in the area were seated during our entire stay...BS. Our server, Amber, tried to upsell at every opportunity, to the point of making us uncomfortable. "We would like to order two glasses of Chianti", I said. She followed up with, why don't you order a bottle of wine. "I would like to order an Old Fashioned with Buffalo Trace". She responded, would you like to order our special reserve instead? We ordered two appetizers, and I made it clear we were only having drinks and appetizers, but still she pushed dinner and made us feel cheap for not ordering dinner. The appetizers arrived, but the wine and cocktail were not there yet. After asking the support team, our drinks finally arrived. The cocktail, wine, and bread were very good but both appetizers were terrible. We ordered the Octopus and Pork Belly and by far, the worst we've eaten. The Octopus was fishy and chewy, the Pork Belly was cold, tough, overcooked, dry...terrible. I love pork belly and was so dissatisfied. I felt this establishment was very proud/arrogant and their food didn't match up. Don't waste your time/money,

Had very high expectations after having a good time at happy hour. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Was way overpriced and didn't deliver. I know steaks are expensive but for what I paid as a solo diner at the bar it was a bit too much for me. Almost $200 for a ribeye, one side and a glass of wine is a lot, especially when the potatoes were severely under seasoned and the steak lacked any kind of actual crust. Very good wine and bourbon list however. Go for happy hour then go cook a steak at home and you'll be happy you did.

Savannah's recommendations elevated the experience ~ from oysters to the "Finished" whiskey flight to the bone-in filet topped with fois gras followed by an old fashioned for dessert.

Wonderful weekend with family sharing an absolutely amazing meal. Filet and lobster all around with several samplings of their extensive bourbon bar. Service was incredible. This is more of an adult atmosphere. Reservation are good to acquire. You’ll have to find parking in street or lots.

My husband and I went here for a date night. Everything was amazing, from the service (thank you so much Pedro you ROCKED!) to the food that hot rock appetizer, the oysters and the steak with the bourbon flambeau was just top notch. I will definitely be coming again and I'm sure I'll have an equally excellent experience!
