Very nice place but sadly the service is awful. We went as a group of 5 to celebrate my daughters birthday and it was a big mistake. There weren’t many customers and our food took a about 45 minutes for us to get it. To top it off the chicken Limone was a disaster, it wasn’t a lemony sauce and the chicken wasn’t breaded it was just fried in egg batter and the way they served it, it looked like the cook just threw it together hoping it would be ok but it certainly wasn’t....read full review
We went to Brio last night, the food was excellent. We had a little issue with one of the meals and the waitress took care of it right away. She ended up bringing out a whole new dish taking off the dish from the bill as well as 20% off the rest of our menu items we ordered. They were very apologetic and friendly staff and very attentive. Also, their sourdough bread is to die for.
Food was ok, service was terrible, waited a ver long time, we had to go find our waitress, we’re told manager was coming, never came, over priced for the food and definitely the service, unfortunately not going back
