We opted to dine on the patio and it was lovely. The service was quick and our waitstaff were very friendly. As always, no complaints about the food.

Terrible service and the restaurant was not busy. We decided to try to location because my daughter wanted Italian food on her birthday (October 13). Come to find out, they do nothing for birthdays in the form of a small dessert or acknowledgment. It was so sad. The seafood risotto was disgusting and had small, canned scallops smaller than a dime. 3 pieces of shrimp for over $30. My husband's chicken Marsala also had canned gravy smothered on top that was almost black in color. Our server was no existent and again it was not busy as it was pouring rain outside. My daughters filled up their own drinks using the soda machine as they were not offered more to drink when the dry food came. Do not waste your money or time on this place! There are sooo many other options in San tan marketplace!

We ordered salads and some simple pasta and didn't receive our order until 50 minutes after it was placed! We watched as others around us who ordered after received their meals while ours continued to be delayed.

we sat outside, we ordered salad and then entree. our entree came before our salad, waitress came and apologized but did not even ask if we still wanted the salad. entree was excellent, waited a long time before asking if we wanted dessert, left menu and didnt come back, we finally went in to ask for our bill, no salad and no dessert. we have loved BRIO in the past but the last couple times the service has just been so bad that we do not feel like coming back, please fix your service and we'll be back. thanks.

Compared to Brio of 5 years ago, the food quality has gone down severely, it did not felt like ingredients were fresh. We were very disappointed.

Food was not as consistent as usual and on a weekday is much better!! They first brought me pork chops instead of lamb chops which I noticed right away!! They were also out of Caymus which is our favorite wine!!!!

I always enjoy eating at Brio. The staff at this location was very friendly and our waiter, Adair, offered prompt and courteous service. Will definitely go again when I’m back in the area.

Maybe an off day. Didn't seem busy but took 30min for drink order and water. Took 90min to get served. Food was great but staff pace was slow and we felt as if we inconvenience our waitress.

Server shouldn't have to apologize that her service was lacking due to being understaffed. Not sure why this general area can't appropriately staff their businesses.

Our server was excellent — attentive, polite, and quick to respond. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself showed signs of decline. The parent company first filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2020, and again in August 2025 under Bravo Brio Restaurants, LLC (Earl Enterprises). Sadly, it shows. The beer on tap was flat, a likely sign they aren't serving enough guests. When I pointed it out, our waitress immediately apologized and replaced it, but the second glass wasn't much better. The calamari, once a highlight, was disappointing, and the flatbread was just average. Adding to the overall impression, I noticed dust on the shelves and three bulbs out on the chandelier. The service was the bright spot, but the experience as a whole left me thinking our waitress deserves to be working somewhere with higher standards — maybe at Cheesecake Factory.

Delicious food and great waitress. Everything we ordered was delicious. You can't go wrong here!

Absolutely gross... My lasagna tasted weird, My daughter's meatballs were hard and the meat was red in the middle. My salad came out wrong (and just before my meal)— the waiter left it, when he brought our meals, I told him it was wrong. He had it remade again, and it came back with no dressing on it- just dry lettuce. Again, the server didn't check, just set it down and left. The worst meal and dining experience I've had in a long time.
