Brio Italian Grille

Our server Jade was very attentive to our large party and offered great customer service to us!

I have always been more than happy at Brio on other visits and that's why I chose Brio for my wife's birthday celebration. This year her birthday fell on Easter and it appears kitchen staffing was a problem today. Plenty of wait staff and they were friendly and attentive. I didn't track the time exactly but entrees were very slow, and arrived at the table warm, but definitely not hot. Overall experience was good, but not great as I had come to expect.

We sat outside, the tables around us were dirty. No utensils, no bread plate. The chicken was dry and not good at all. Very disappointing, the food is usually really good.

Waiting for over an hour for sub par food, steaks had no flavor, tasted like meat, the pasta sauce was runny, the lasagna was burnt on the bottom. Very disappointed for the price point. The only thing good was the sourdough bread. The manager was not helpful at all. Probably won't eat here again.

We enjoy trying different restaurants and BRIO was recommended to us. Looking at the vast menu, we asked our server Kendal what she would suggest. After giving us her suggestion, we were given top notch service.
We will defiantly be back to BRIO, as the food was wonderful, (large servings) our server was a total delight and the prices were fair.

Great dinner tonight made even better by server / bartender Ken. Thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, delicious bread, Chicken Limone, Salmon Fresca and salad. Amazing wine recommendation that paired well with the meal! Thank you Ken and Brio!

Come here couple times and always receive great food, customer service and it's just nice to come here.

Especially the service today was great not only was the host welcoming but my waiter Daniel was attentive and improved my experience.

As for the food the chefs have my thanks, I'm always satisfied when I eat here.
