We went to Brio expressly to have one of their standard menu items- beef carpaccio so we were quite disappointed when they didn't have it available. The other two items- calamari and bruschetta were good. Next time I'll call ahead to find out if the menu item I want is available.

We ordered salads and some simple pasta and didn't receive our order until 50 minutes after it was placed! We watched as others around us who ordered after received their meals while ours continued to be delayed.

we sat outside, we ordered salad and then entree. our entree came before our salad, waitress came and apologized but did not even ask if we still wanted the salad. entree was excellent, waited a long time before asking if we wanted dessert, left menu and didnt come back, we finally went in to ask for our bill, no salad and no dessert. we have loved BRIO in the past but the last couple times the service has just been so bad that we do not feel like coming back, please fix your...
