My husband and I stayed here for a couple days and after trying the local restaurants near this hotel we decided to stay in and try out Brocks. Was very quiet and slow, my husband and bartender, Kody, were able to watch the game and have a great conversation while I enjoyed my very well made Cosmopolitan. We ended up staying for a couple rounds because my husband had such a great time talking sports with Kody and ordering multiple old fashions. They were out of a couple things on the menu but he gave us great recommendations and we ended up having a great dinner. Not sure if Kody does this with everyone or because there was no one else there, HaHa :), but he really went out of his way to make sure we had a great dinner and time. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and crossing our fingers Kody is working that night!

Out of cold beer and out of the best food items on the menu

Expensive terrible breakfast, inedible biscuits and gravy, missing items, rude service. Avoid at all costs. Bad enough an experience to skip the hotel it's in.

Our plumbing was broken, so we headed down the road to the DoubleTree hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the food at Brock's - they just put out a new menu they shared.
It was all very flavorful. I ordered the salmon, which comes with garlic mashed potatoes (so good) and grilled vegetables. My husband got the turkey bacon club with sweet potato fries.
Everyone was very friendly. I would come back here just to eat, even if it is in a hotel lobby.

As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member I was insulted with the horribly prepared dinner and breakfast I had ordered. The cook definitely needs more trading or termination. The food at the greasy Waffle House is much better.

Best meat in town. The brisket melts in your mouth.

The condition of this property is not something that should be labeled as a "Hilton Honors" property. It is clearly not managed by Hilton and ran by a private investor. The Staff was incredibly unfriendly and the hotel was not clean. The coffee Pot in the room was missing pieces to it. There were stains on the blanket, possibly blood. The pool door was not operational to get outside as well as missing towels and the "Designated Restroom" was a empty room with a pipe coming out of the wall. It should have been locked for safety. The umbrellas at the pool were so damaged that they fell over onto the chairs we were sitting in. Only one computer worked in the business center. I also paid for breakfast with the reservation and was told that I did not have that option. Overall a bad experience. This Hotel should not be a part of Hilton Honors as it is not to the standard of a Hilton Property.

This hotel is in a great location in the SE valley and convenient to Phoenix Gateway airport. The decor is very unusual for a Doubletree and we thought had all the charm of a Days Inn, however the room size was good and the staff was very friendly. We chose this hotel because the pool looked so nice and large in the website photos. It is large, but it was not very clean nor was it heated (in April) so we couldn’t even use it. The outdoor bar was closed so that wasn’t fun at all.

Good food. A little pricey but most hotel bars are...fast service and great employees ?

Room had a nursing home feel to it. Maps shows the building has two businesses , dignity health rehab AND doubletree by Hilton. Room had a medical faculty feel to it, did not feel like a hotel, let alone a Hilton. Bathtub had been painted, curtain rod had plaster where it was attached to the wall and apparently who ever did the work couldn’t be bothered to paint over the plaster. Mixed matched furniture in room. Shouldn’t have to read reviews of a hotel by Hilton but I wish I had. I can only assume Hilton bought the building from dignity as dignity has a brand new building next door, which also shows on the map. I’ll be contacting Hilton corporate.

This place is a dump. Shower had no pressure Shower handle was broken Half the electrical outlets didn’t work TV didn’t work (I fixed) Told them I wanted to be in the room if they fix anything. Come back to the TV on the Spanish channel. No call to let me know. Front desk lady was extremely rude. Can’t say enough to explain how bad this place was

Great service at the front desk and lobby and pool looks nice. Very bare rooms, thin walls, tiny tv, and vinyl floors. But awesome water pressure. Good place if all you need is a bed to sleep in and bathroom to shower, but not a room that I would want to spend anytime in.

Had two lengthy stays at this hotel in January and February. Had a spacious room on the top floor (4th) and encountered a very eager and willing staff. From the Front Desk, to Housekeeping, to Servers, to Maintenance. Very helpful and hospitable. Will stay again when back in the area.
