My husband and I stayed here for a couple days and after trying the local restaurants near this hotel we decided to stay in and try out Brocks. Was very quiet and slow, my husband and bartender, Kody, were able to watch the game and have a great conversation while I enjoyed my very well made Cosmopolitan. We ended up staying for a couple rounds because my husband had such a great time talking sports with Kody and ordering multiple old fashions. They were out of a couple things...
Our plumbing was broken, so we headed down the road to the DoubleTree hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the food at Brock's - they just put out a new menu they shared.
It was all very flavorful. I ordered the salmon, which comes with garlic mashed potatoes (so good) and grilled vegetables. My husband got the turkey bacon club with sweet potato fries.
Everyone was very friendly. I would come back here just to eat, even if it is in a hotel lobby.

This hotel is in a great location in the SE valley and convenient to Phoenix Gateway airport. The decor is very unusual for a Doubletree and we thought had all the charm of a Days Inn, however the room size was good and the staff was very friendly. We chose this hotel because the pool looked so nice and large in the website photos. It is large, but it was not very clean nor was it heated (in April) so we couldn’t even use it.
