Some really great options here for boba. The location is small, but manageable. I opted for the Cali Girl with popping boba. I wish they had more milk tea options. Service was decent, but not as friendly as other spots nearby.
Went in on Sunday evening after a day of strolling and wanting something fresh. the drink was alright for it's price point but the service was wonderful. Hannah took care of my order in a speedy and careful manner, although Boba isn't my favorite , the drinks where amazing and the service is why I'd come back.

Good tea, some strange combos available that don't always hit but overall worth giving a chance. Ask for recommendations if you aren't sure.
Parking: Difficult to impossible to find parking depending on time of year. If snowbirds are in town, forget about it.
