I got the daily deal lasagna.. it was GREAT. I could have eaten more, but dish and a couple garlic knots would fill up most people. Sauce was great. Can't wait to go back and get some pizza.

What a delicious pie, lemme tell ya. The Margherita slices? Forget about it perfect. The plain cheese pie was just as strong, real old-fashioned flavor, no shortcuts. This was my first time at this location. I’ve been to the one in Gilbert before, and just like over there, the service here was top-notch.
Shelley, the owner, came over to our table herself class move. She even brought out the center of two cannolis on the house. That’s the kind of hospitality you don’t see much anymore.

Pizza was fantastic. The staff was excellent. Had a little bit of a problem with an order, but they resolved it. No questions asked good people great pizza highly recommended me and my family will definitely be back to Buono’s again and Anglin in the future.. Bonus dip they have great slice lunch specials and a good Sunday football special. Highly recommend you go support these guys.

First time here with my Mother in Law who is a regular and raves about it. The pizza is fantastic as is the service. I am from Brooklyn so thrilled to see the NY memorabilia and photos. Can't wait to come back and try other dishes! It smells fantastic in here!! And..... THEY HAVE Devil Dogs!

Buonos is a cool, very clean, small NY-style pizza joint with all the typical paraphernalia - images of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan murals, NYC street and subway signs, Yankees and Mets pennants, sports-playing TVs, NY license plates, chill music and even an old arcade game. Counter servers are always smiling; happy to chat you up and make sure everything is to your liking. As an added special touch, they sell boxes of Drake's Ring Dings, Yodels, Devil Dogs and Coffee Cakes (takes me right back to my childhood!) and have a nice outdoor patio, too - what more could you ask for from a pizza place, besides big amazing slices and incredible Italian food? Luckily, you'll find that here in spades, too. I am a foodie and former NYer who could technically be called an AZ native considering how long I've lived here now, but my taste buds know an authentic slice when it meets one! If you're craving a real NY pie dripping with melted cheese, perfect sauce, and the exact right amount of oregano all on a thin, crispy crust, you won't be disappointed! Every time I'm nearby (I live 30 minutes away), I pop in for a slice or two and then always take home a pie for later. Buonos is one of only two places I have found here in the desert that serves legit NY pizza - and I'm so glad I did. (Next time I'm in I'll add a pic of the 🍕 but I scarfed it down too fast, as always.) Mangia!
Katie is the best!!! She recommended the Arancili which was phenomenal. We ordered a marguerita pizza and they upgraded it for us free of charge. Food was incredible, staff was amazing. New fave spot.

Pizza is great! Super busy on a Friday night and they forgot my antipasta salad, but understand how that happens. Took it to go and it was delicious. Dressings are home made and delicious as well. Small inside space but does have out door seating. Highly recommend and worth the wait during busy times.
