When I got to the store I was waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes for my food after asking for it several times, not only did the manager not have enough french fries or chicken nuggets in stock but her employees did not prepare the meat from earlier in the day so the cheeseburgers still weren't ready and we're going to be ready for at least another 30 minutes according to the manager name Melanie. Melanie was extremely offensive and rude and very aggressive, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe at her location and then kicked me out of her store when I asked her to stop disrespecting me and threatened to call the cops. I have never been so offended in my life, I started recording the entire conversation and I will be following suit. I will be speaking to the district manager and corporate office about this also filing a police report on the violent manager named Melody. There was a witness and I have their name to prove what happened

This is the only BK that I go to because whenever I place an order through the app…they pay attention to every detail regarding the order and customizations and also great efficient respectful staff.

Um wow, best whopper with cheese I’ve ever had. The ingredients were fresh. Like honestly I was shocked in the best way. Like a whopper is a whopper but like the whopper from here that I had 🤤 Def going to try to come to this location from now on.

If you want fast food, go somewhere else. It took us 15 minutes to get our burgers, and we are literally. The only family in the restaurant. The fries were undercooked. The onion rings were okay, but the burgers, to be honest, were amazing. So, was it worth it? I guess it was.

Don't go here people this place is bad , everyone acts friendly but yet talks behind your back like a older manager does every night. If you want to apply here don't just a rip off you won't get a raise if you been there 6 months or years. This place use to be good but now going down hill bad mgment
