Whoever was working tonight was probably having a rough day because the food was absolutely gross looking, burnt, and cold. Onion rings shouldn’t sound like a rock when falling on the table, chicken sandwiches were burnt, hard, And the middle was soggy and coming off on its own like? My child couldn’t even eat their chicken fingers because they were rock solid, The ONLY thing that was good was the drink. So if you like dried up burnt food come to this place, At least you can get a decent drink so you don’t choke!

I live 6 min away from this burger king on val vista and warner rd. I order original chicken sandwich with reg items in sandwich but added tomatoes, onions. What i recieved was reg items on sandwich plus pickles and mustard. No onions or tomatoes. Also order half frie and half onion rings. The fries are cold and hard and onion rings soft,oily and just warm. I just don't understand. The employee just don't care.
Really exceptional service I would not expect at fast food.

Had the saddest chicken sandwich of my life today there is ZERO excuse for it. Literally the thinnest, smallest chicken patty i have ever seen and it was burnt and tough. Wound up only having the halfsie fries I ordered after 2 bites and tossing the rest. Really disappointing as I usually prefer BK chicken sandwiches to other places. Do better, if you wouldn’t eat it yourself don't serve it to a guest.

Took 30 minutes just to get 3 orders of chicken fries and fries. And no one could tell me what was going on. In the meantime they served about 8 other people. That is ridiculous.
