This is the cleanest BK I’ve been to in the valley. I went on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy. The employees are friendly and smile. And the food is presented very well and fresh. Kudos to the team here 😊

I used to love coming her for late night snacks but twice in the past week I ordered through the app and the food wasn't even started when I came to pick up and I was told to wait out front instead of at the drive through window. Today I got my chicken sandwich and it was undercooked too. It's like the ice on it thawed but never evaporated, it was completely soggy in the middle and room temp. I ended up throwing it away.
Now this burger king as never let me down before but twice in the same week I suspect something is wrong with the location right now. Maybe they need more help at night or something.

Went through the drive through after 9pm. I ordered for a group and had a large order.. Josh was very patient with me and had excellent customer service. Alicia was wonderful as well!
Go here if you're hungry at the hotel. Carwash. Freeway. Whatever. Go here. Kara is extrondinary. Best staff good team. Vegetarian options available.

The Higley Burger King had horrible service. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Wait was long after food was ordered and order was incorrect. Two guys were putting food into bags, taking food back out and putting in different bag, and also dumping fries back under lights. Also, they didn't have any milkshakes.

The food is fine, once you actually get it. The printer problems here are they won’t take your order; you MUST use the kiosk. And they won’t talk to you. Like, ever. Oh - and the speed is atrocious.
My 2 kids and I ordered 3 meals. It took TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES. This is “fast food” right? And there is zero communication. Even when I went to the counter to ask, I had to pester the lady for MINUTES before she finally came over. And she kept her back to me 100% of the time.
My 6-year-old spilled some of his soda. I used napkins to clean the table, and I went to the counter to apologize & per them know they need a mop to clean the small mess on the floor.
Y’all, I stood there for FIVE MINUTES and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. So we’re leaving, and the mess remains. And I’ve just now noticed the table behind us is in the same boat - big mess with napkins on the floor under the table. We’ve been here an hour, so that mess is AT LEAST that old.
Terrible service. Unacceptable in every possible way.
