Me, My Mother and Little brother went to the higley location and were served fast and with a smile! however we were expecting the same fresh chicken fries we get at the surrounding locations only to get home with our 3 8-piece chicken friesâ to open boxes of stale, hard, dried out and aweful tasting sticks. no wonder we got our meals so fast they had been sitting under the warmers since the restaurant opened this morning! we will not be returning!

This place has gone downhill. The last few times I've been here, the food is not fresh and tastes likes it's been sitting for a while, and probably has. Today did it. I asked for cheeses and no tomatoes, and had to repeat it 3 times. I shpuld have known better at that point. I received a hamburger, no cheese and a hard bun. The fries were hard as well. Lesson learned. I will not go back here again.

Today, we traveled from Phoenix to Mesa. During our journey, we decided to stop at Burger King, where we entered and took a seat. Our server, Kayla, attended to us. After placing our orders, we settled in to chat. Shortly after, Kayla approached our table with a tray carrying our meals. Her kindness and professionalism were evident, as she went above and beyond to ensure we received outstanding customer service. We appreciate Burger King for employing such a remarkable individual.

Egg-Normous Burrito â Not even close to the picture. I didnât think a $6.29 burrito could be that far from advertised, but I was wrong. Called on 8/7 @ 8:30am, was told theyâre out of shredded cheese and pico sauce. The person then asked me to hang on a minute, he didnât place me on hold so I could still hear them in the background. Keep in mind this restaurant is almost never busy.
After 15 minutes, he came back, said âhelloâ, then hung up the phone after he heard I was still there (time to get corporate involved). Doesnât surprise me that the district managerâs mailbox is full and canât accept more messages.
Not sure why they didnât tell me before so I couldâve changed my order. Also, crispy = stale and soggy.

People there look miserable working but that's just burger King company culture . They did everything right and were friendly, just miserable though .The issues I ran into:1) soggy bread2) meat tasted dry3) chicken fries tasted dry , even tasted microwaved texture4) water used for drink machine is either bad or the machine needs to be throughly cleaned . It just tastes like that old gas station drink machine taste. Either there's mineral buildup in the machine or the water used isn't filtered well . Idk the drink didn't taste very good .Pros:-I always love the French Fries- this burger King got my order right
