I stopped at BK on Higley and Baseline, in Mesa, AZ on my way to work. I went through drive-thru. Ordered a #5 with cheese and diet coke (no ice) large combo. I repeated it three times.I was thinking great only one car ahead of me. Well, it was 10 minutes waiting for the car to move forwarded and leave.My order wasn't correct and I was late for work. The window worker was a nice guy but wanted to blame the customer in front of me for the delay. The other person working with him prepared the order. Which was wrong and served a cold sandwich, old brown fries in the correct large fry carrier but was half empty and a diet coke with plenty of ice.I'm very disappointed with this BK. Just thought others should know.

Wanted to grab a quick lunch and went through the drive thru. They put about 10 to 15 jalapeños on my burger, which does not come with meal, nor did I ask for it. Taking off the jalapeños did not help, the burger was saturated in the jalapeño juice.It had been years since I had been to this place. It was also my last time going there.

We went to this location and the people are very rude. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and they forgot the bacon on one of them and the medium fries and large fries don't taste good. And when you do a complaint this location doesn't care.they have to many homeless people that go in there. Buyers beware of them .Parking: Baseline and Higley road
Chicken sandwich was mediocre at best. Fries were great. Even with a coupon the sandwich with medium fries and medium drink was nearly eight dollars. Wataburger here I come!

I know this is one of the newest restaurants that has come up in the area. It was clean, the food was good, service was good. It was a little uncomfortable since it was me and my mother in law that are Latinas and other patrons where just Caucasian. But over all 5 stars.
This was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Daniel was amazing, someone give him a raise because I would 100% go back because of his customer service. I believe the other employee working with him was Kim, and she had the biggest smile and looked so happy to be serving us even though it was 9pm. Definitely good hires at this location.
