They claim the signature lemonade on comes in small even though it clearly states on the menu that it comes in medium. Super lame

chicken nuggets were overcooked and dry and dehydrated because they were overcooked and burnt
They decide to trick... by inserting smaller fry packages into the larger one... small into medium, it looks like you are getting medium fries. But realistically you got RIPPED OFF!!!!
this particular location sucks. I try not to go here because they suck. Food wise, portions and the smell.
The lady said they were understaffed. But that is a management or owner problem!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The teenagers that work here were on their phone in one hand, while trying to clean a milk container with the other?? Obviously didn’t go well. The other girl that was here, just stood there. I waited 3 mins for her to even address me and she didn’t. Once someone else walked in, she addressed them asking if it was an online order. Didn’t even acknowledge me. At the register. I worked customer service for 8 years, if you can’t greet someone who walks in you can’t do the basic that customer service asks for.
Manager Gabrielle and Employee Ty are wonderful ladies. They always have a smile on their faces and are very kind. We need more like them. My food is always what I ask for! Thank you BK!

Absolutely the worst BK. Staff is very incompetent. Cashier didn't give me a receipt and told me my number was 18. Then, after constantly messing up my food order, they wanted to see the receipt that they never gave me. Food is covered in grease. Would not recommend even a last resort.

Could hardly understand what the guy in the drive thru was saying to me. From driving up and ordering to actually getting our food took 10 minutes. There was only one car in front of us. All we got was 2 whopper juniors and 2 medium fry’s. Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through
Dewante and his service are the reason i chose this Burger King for lunch and not In and Out. Great employee and clean store. Food was hot

Asked for a refund because these guys don’t even know how to make a burger! In my 30 minutes of sitting there. I’ve seen five people with messed up orders! Hmm look around when you walk in! Says the big picture on who’s working here!
Double hamburger. It’s all I ever get for the last ten years. They won’t miss me. But stale bun here three times in a row and it’s three bites now. They make jack in the box burgers an option now.

Just a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. It was much better than my history with Burger King. About a year ago, we got home with our meals, and my son noticed something shiny in his burger. He pulled it out. Itended up being a 4" x 18" piece of cellophane wrapping. That was in Ahwatukee. The manager did his best to make it right. He gave me a gift card for the entire purchase. Actually, I never even used it. That was quite a shock and a little tough to get over.
This particular location was pretty good. The meat was a little dry, but all the toppings and everything seemed fresh and delicious. I can recommend them but only give them 4 stars. They can do better.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room between the tables for wheelchairs but it was not an automatic door at the entry

took 30m8nites to get 2 reg hamburgers abd a whopper jr.. 1st they gave our order to wrong person, then after doing my order, they got it wrong..Terrible place, avoid if possible
