I had an incredible dining experience at Buzzing Cuisine of India! The food was absolutely amazing, showcasing authentic flavors with a modern twist. I tried their specialties, including the Inju Puli Wings, which had the perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavors. The Fish Nirvana with Palapam was a delightful pairing, with the fish cooked to perfection and the Palapam complementing it beautifully. The Goat Curry with Parota was rich, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the soft, flaky Parota. To top it all off, the Mango Lassi was refreshing and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy some delicious Indian cuisine with great service. I'll definitely be coming back!

The service and the food is delicious. I’m so glad there’s finally an awesome Indian restaurant in Gilbert! Everything we got was so good. The Tikka Masala, the Tandoori, garlic naan, and the very delicious goat curry were amazing. The mango lassi is one of the best I’ve had in years. I definitely recommend it, and we will be regulars!

The food was absolutely delicious! You must try the Injipuli Wings, Fish Nirvana, Palappam, Goat Curry, and Kerala Parotta—they were all exceptional. The atmosphere was spot on, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience. It’s definitely one of the top Indian restaurants to explore Kerala’s specialties!

Great food. We ordered food for cricket Diwali celebration. Renjith - the owner was very helpful and very nice person. Highly recommend him and restaurant.

Pros:
-Nice ambience
-Staff was friendly
-The food was good, but not great

Cons:
-One of the staff handled our utensils by their heads. I've never seen anything like it before and was grossed out.
-The restaurant was only half full, and yet the wait was approximately 45 minutes. In their defense, they did alert us to this while taking our order and were apologetic upon delivery.
-We asked for the spiciness to be mild, but this was a solid medium spiciness by American standards.

Amazing service, delicious Indian food and cocktails. Our new favorite Indian restaurant. The chicken korma, and the paneer naan were my favorite. Highly recommend!!!
