The soup was disgusting and tasted like nothing. With no place to sit, we had to clean our own table.

Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and chicken. They brought out the wrong sandwich and took 20 minutes to replace it, and then forgot to put the side on the plate. The chicken was fine, but it was about half a chicken breast. They don’t seem to handle being busy very well. Good food, just a big hassle to get it.

lachenzz.

The grossest experience I’ve had at this mall. The cup I grabbed for my drink had several different colors of lipstick on the rim — and birds ACTIVELY got onto my table. Everything was gross with bird poop and dirty utensils everywhere. The employees looked pissed to even be there and gave my party a look when we left without buying food.

I worry about the cleanliness of the food and kitchen if they can’t even handle cleaning cups

This place is fantastic and the best carmel macchiato’s and the staff is so friendly Susan, Mason, and Christian are my absolute favorites! So missing them because they haven’t been in the area lately. Bring another location to San Tan Valley please.

Delicious and great service . They ran out of napkins, and when I ask, they were more than happy to refill the bin and provide me with some ahead of time in an expeditious manner would definitely recommend it is a beautiful place for a first date.

Great place for brunch. Their tomato basil and French onion soups are really tasty.

Nice place but felt bacon wasn't crispy enough and the french toast was too soft

We recently ate for lunch and I honestly can say that I have not had such a rude experience ordering in as long as I can remember . The person at the cashier who took our order was condescending and disrespectful. The busboy was super hard working and friendly so we gave him a tip but couldn’t believe the experience and how incredibly rude she was and if it weren’t for the kind busboy and good food we would definitely never go back. I’m still floored.

First time eating here. Croissant was good with jelly. Eggs were eggs. Potatoes roasted and dry, no taste. Coffee is decent. Bacon strips were tasty.

The sandwiches were mediocre. BLT had almost no B. The 4 cheese grilled cheese only had two cheeses that I could tell. The salads were pretty good. Every table in the joint was dirty.and we, along with others, had to bus our own tables.....maybe that's how they do it in France

Went early afternoon the day after Thanksgiving for some special coffee and pastries. Barely greeted by the cashier I ordered a cappuccino. To my surprise, the young girl cut me off and said “we’re not serving coffee today, you can try the drip one if there is any left”. My wife asked if they had hot tea, the cashier replied, “ you can have iced tea”.
Very poor organization, bad attitude, poor management.
You guys lost a repeat customer who really enjoys French coffee and pastries. First and last, never again.

Awful experience. My BLT came out so burnt. The bread cut up my mouth and the bacon crumbled to dust. I also got the potato soup and it was bland with a weird sweet aftertaste. My partner got French onion soup and it tasted very bland. Overall the soups tasted like they had been frozen, like a weird fridge/freezer taste. I also explained to the cashier that we had never been there before- she was no help and not even friendly. I felt rushed to order.

Beware: I walked in and ordered six pastries from the display case and bottled soup off the shelf, paying upfront for what should have been a quick takeout order. After waiting 20 minutes just to have my items bagged, I was informed they were out of one of the pastries I’d purchased. When they offered a substitute, the only alternative I wanted was priced lower than the original item. I requested a refund for the price difference, but was told this wasn’t possible. I then asked for a full refund on that item instead of accepting the substitution. This led to an additional 30-minute wait, only to be told my refund would be processed later and would appear on my card in 2-3 days. When I asked how I could ensure the refund would actually be processed, I was simply told to call back if I didn’t see it post within that timeframe.

The long wait, poor inventory management, inflexible customer service, and lack of assurance about my refund has cost them my future business.

Don’t waste your time sitting and eating. Food was either super over cooked or undercooked.

We had to go back and exchange our food because the order wasn’t right twice.

Their menus aren’t up to date, there are foods and drinks plastered all over their menus that aren’t being made at all.

Dishes were dirty. Just a big disappointment.
