I love this trendy French café at the San Tan Mall. There are so many good things on the menu that it's hard to choose. But don't worry! They have menu options that let you try a little of multiple things, like the half sandwich and soup or salad, the salad sampler (3), or the Café Sampler with quiche, soup and salad. I've yet to try something I didn't like. Best of all, when your meal is over, you can take a treat home from the bakery.
Service staff is friendly. However, I ordered in the French toast, and it was disgustingly soggy. Got a chocolate croissant on my way out, and it was very good.
It was our first time there and we were asking and looking what to have until one of the ladies at front started telling in a bad mood that the registers were closed and telling that we couldn’t look at the desserts , we decide not to eat there and maybe never try it,
This spot is always a winner! The staff are consistently friendly, and the food is just plain delicious. Plus, those tasty treats they have are always a huge bonus! Prices are good too, which makes it a great place if you need to have a lunch meeting. I really loved the Turkey Cranberry Melt and that Pecan Pie Cheesecake was amazing!
I absolutely love this place. They really try and craft a fun experience with amazing food. I have been there a couple times now and every time it's better and better. I usually end up buying something to take home from the baked goods and love how fresh and French their food tastes. Thank you guys for trying so hard and being so happy when we come in. It really makes a difference.
Parking: It's a great location on the outer edge of SanTan Village so there is lots of parking.

We just waited at the counter and had three separate employees pass us by without a greeting or even looking us in the eye. One employee had to enter something on a touch screen that was about 18 inches from my face and she did everything she could to avoid making eye contact with me or my husband. It was so uncomfortable to just stand there in silence watching them all go about their business, putting on gloves, preparing drinks, walking around, all in total silence and avoiding eye contact. It felt like an episode of the twilight zone. I have no idea what was going on but I’m so upset that I’ll never be back. How hard is it to simply say I see you and someone will be with you in a moment? Not a word was spoken. They kept looking around as if to see who was going to come help us but none of them did. I hope a manager sees this and they retrain these employees. This was on a Thursday night and I could count in one hand how many people were seated at tables. It was a ghost town. I’ve loved La Madeline for years back when I lived in Dallas and was so excited when they came here. We’ve been loyal customers ever since they opened at San tan mall. The steady decline in the quality of food and service is such a shame. This was it for us.

I highly recommend the coconut creme cake. Price is on the high end, but worth the splurge once in awhile.

Great food. Your cashier on 10/25 at 1pm was the best. She really made my day with her humor. Don’t ever let her go.

Well, it would be nice if our first dining in experience was more "representative" of the pictures in the menu of the entrees... you be the judge...

I really like le Madeleine and would love it if it wasn't so noisy.
The food is usually great, 5 star, but my omelet this time was a bit blah, even with tomato, spinach, mushrooms and cheese, everyone else enjoyed their French breakfasts and turkey sandwich.
I'm meeting friends again Thursday for lunch and will try something new.
Sure will be glad when it cools off in Arizona and we can enjoy the patio and less noise, we had to move outside into the heat the other day to finish our important business.

Visited this location last night with 13 other ladies for a Moms Night Out; we reserved the private room. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food and the accommodations. Many of us took desserts home as well.
I have been here many times and tried so many of the menu items. I have not had a bad meal. The desserts are definitely on the pricey side but they are delicious.
Looking forward to my next visit.

Nothing disappointed me. The food is served fast, great for a lunch break at work. I had never heard of a "Chicken Friand" but it was like a really delicious chicken pot pie!
