Also, this location skimps on servings.

I've never seen a restaurant so inhospitable to wheelchairs. I asked to speak to a manager so I could see if they can fix their doors so they either have a handicap button or less than 5 lbs of force. The manager never came out. I was hoping to avoid a lawsuit over the inaccessible doors.

I love visiting this location! It’s always fast, efficient and clean. Tyler, the manager, was amazing - he makes sure your order is to perfection and I love chatting with him. He’s a big reason why I go to this location and pass others!

Here we go the one I was always being kind to not be honest about this place deserves less than 1 star disgusting a few years back I lost my appetite I was finishing ordering and a roach was crawling on to my plate as they were finishing making my food and handing it to me the lady reached over squash the roach and gave us a discount off one plate I didn’t end up eating I should have just left but I thought my family wanted to eat so I left it alone never went back to any of these restaurants nastiest thing ever but driving by it to grab ice cream I once again lost my appetite disgusting

Great food as always, I recommend a sweet pork burrito or sweet pork salad.

The new manager has really stepped this place up.
We are avid Cafe Rio goers but our home location used to be a bit inconsistent with quality, Not anymore!

Always have to wait for staff to acknowledge us, food is never right when we order (especially an online order for pick up) and they’re not very friendly. We honestly hate coming to this location and this was probably the last time for us coming here.

So expensive for what you get. It’s ridiculous that I’m paying $15.00 for a BURRITO. Get a grip. Never coming back to this place. Ever.

The blonde male worker at this Cafe Rio was the only good part about my visit today. He deserves a raise because he was the only person (at least in the front) actually doing anything. He took very good care of us. They were out of pork and he had us take a seat and he called us back up when there was more. He made every single person in lines order all by himself. He also walked our food all the down to the register and packaged it for us as the man at the register (who finally decided to help out front at the very end of our visit) was on his phone the whole time letting him do it by himself. The cashier also spilled my boyfriends bowl because he was on his phone as he was grabbing it and flipped it completely over and then blamed it on the blonde guy for not putting the lid on right so he had to remake it for us. The cashier was not friendly or talkative to us. He also didn’t put my dressing in the bag which would’ve ruined my meal if the blonde guy didn’t make it so good even without the dressing.

This is kind of a fresh-Mex/American. Meats, beans, rice, and lettuce. 🫘🍚🥬
You can choose how to build your tacos, burritos, and salads with the ingredients they have available. 🌮🌯🥗
It wasn't busy when I was there. I was helped right away. The food was good, but the tortilla can get really soggy depending on which ingredients you choose. If you get it to-go, maybe get your salsas on the side.
They do have an app for discounts. 📲

It's not sit down dining but it is good, fresh food. The wet burritos are huge. Lots of menu options. Fresh horchada. We'll go again for a quick, delicious meal.
