First time I have been to cafe Rio in about 6 months, things have definitely changed, the chips are paper thin, I had nachos the cheese wasn’t melted, the queso was bland I use to love there queso, they gave me about a spoonful of shredded pork that was dry and flavorless. I am a customer of many years and I loved the nachos from this place, they are horrible now, I was extremely disappointed in the quality and price, Taco Bell nachos are way better-that’s sad

Food was good but bean and meat portion sizes were a bit stingy.

Had a great experience at Cafe Rio tonight. Haven't been there is a long time and we were very pleased with the service, selection and friendliness of the staff! We ordered a salad and it was very good! Love the new Pico with the corn and red onions!!! Will be going back again soon!

WHY IS THE TOSTADA GONE. GET OUT OF HERE WITH THIS. No need to return to any location. I used to come to Cafe Rio weekly for 15 years. Why did you get rid of the most popular item.

Cold food , cheese not even melted inside burrito. Manager did not even come up to speak to me.

I have repeatedly experienced late food deliveries. The café stated they are not responsible for DoorDash drivers and that orders cannot be canceled once picked up, even if delivery is delayed. Despite taking full payment, they take no responsibility for timely delivery.

Additionally, a drink ordered with my food was not delivered. The café refused to provide a refund or replacement, claiming the cost was already included and I did not pay anything extra for that drink.

This experience is unfair, unreasonable, and unacceptable.

I come to this location like a year. I always order online, and now they are cheap. and charge customers for sauces and limit the toppings the lady front is so rude. They never be on time and dont put all my food correctly. and I have to wait forever to get my food. They are stealing to get tiny contaire for dollar plus extra. It is ridiculous. They are cheap. They changed drink bottle size to one size and charge for large size. The lady is so rude.

Ordered through the app and went to pick up my meal. I was a little early from the estimated time of pick up. The woman working the front let me know the food wasn't ready yet and offered me a drink while I was waiting. How kind!

Delicious sweet pork burrito

Made one of my meals wrong. Ordered corn tortilla but gave me flour. Went on a Thursday and ordered 4 coconut shrimp meals with mango salsa and they had run out of it. Didn’t tell me until they made all four meals.
