I've been coming here for lunch for a while and the tall gentlemen with tattoos is always super friendly, smiling, and I notice he walks around and checks on all the guests every time I'm here including myself even if I'm sitting outside in the summer to ensure they have a top notch visit. The flavor and portions are always consistent as well. Cheers.

Placed an online order. Pick up at 5:20 and it wasn’t ready until way after 5:50!!!! The workers thought we placed an order by accident because the food was similar. Also no horchata! Won’t be coming here EVER again! Two entrees were ready but had to ask about the other two entrees from my order. They had one of my entrees behind the counter, they claimed ‘we thought it was a mistake because the food order was the same as another entree’. On the fourth entree, ordered a sweet pork enchilada with adjustments and sides. When handed the bag, it was a sweet pork quesadilla…basic and plain as can be! The workers had no care in the world to help, make up for lost time, or accommodate after messing up an order. Horrible and annoying experience.

Cafe rio nails fresh mex. I just love the burrito enchilada style. They are so big I get lunch for 2 days. They have some yummy drinks, including horchata. Service is always friendly. If you show up and there's a line, know that it moves fast.

Best cafe Rio I’ve had in a long time ! I got a bowl and it was huge! Blew Chipotle way out of the water. So good and fresh. Such a good value. I’ll be back!

20 min wait at 10:38 AM just to walk out without my food , this place doesn’t belong in Gilbert and I’m glad I walked out without touching my food😭

Laurita or Lorena working the drive-through is literally the rudest person I have ever came across in my life.

We’ve had multiple instances with this woman where she is nothing, but nasty and makes the entire experience unenjoyable. She needs to be fired immediately because her customer service skills are nonexistent.

This location consistently lets us down. If you go anytime within 2 hours of close they will be out of many items. 9/10 times when we go something is out of stock. When you do order if going through the drive thru or online something will be incorrect with your order. Portions are consistently smaller than other locations. Probably due to bad resource management. Consistently when ordering you will not be given napkins or utensils. This location should be put under better management that will change workers habits

service is awful. why have hours posted to close at 10 if the employees are going to choose when they close. I went in 45 mins before close and they had everything put away (at least they actually had doors open this time unlike my last visit when they closed an hour and a half before actual closing time). Stood there for a few minutes before I was greeted (I was the only one in the restaurant), it seemed as though I inconvenienced them for coming in. I got served tiny portions, rice was hard, food was cold, and staff had no sense of urgency to do absolutely anything (specifically the girls working the line). This is not my first negative experience with this specific location I genuinely don’t know how they are still in business. What a waste of my time and money.

Order to-go, showed up at the time I scheduled. It wasn’t busy and I sat there for 20 minutes. Once I stood by the to-go orders I was asked what my order was and told them. Then they started on my order. No apology, nothing. It would have been quicker to not order ahead of time.

Ordered a Carne Asada burrito and a barbacoa bowl. Carne Asada was good as was the tortilla but everything else was ok at best. Service was decent. Despite there being several workers the place was filthy. Food smeared everywhere around the serving area. People standing around chatting instead of cleaning. Just go to chipotle

I had an interview at 9:30 to 9:45 but the only problem was the lobby isn’t open until 10:30. I then called the manager and she said she would open the lobby. I waited outside for 20 minutes and the lobby never got opened. I knocked on the doors and nobody came to open it. The employees and the manager just ignored me. If you want to work here I suggest working somewhere else. They don’t care for interviews even though it’s obvious the employees don’t care for your job and you can tell with the service they had. -100/10000
