We eat at cafe rios near us all the time. We visited this cafe rio as it was a halfway point for a meeting. Ordered three salads. They were very skimpy.Almost half the size of what we’re used to at other cafe rios. Wont be back

Fattiest shredded beef I’ve ever had. Big wads of fat. It was so gross, I couldn’t eat it. Just ate the lettuce and ranch.

They gave more on tornados as we asked and was hot and delicious 😋
Plus this is the only one that has a drive thru!!!!!!
I have always said why dont they have drive thru they make sooo much more money!!!! Plus convenient for buying healthier food and fresh!!!! Finally!!!!! Yes and so happy 😊

Came for a fundraiser for our school but cashier said she didn't know anything about it. Other families had same experience. Service was polite and food was okay. I spent extra since it was a special event, sad our school didn't get what it deserved.

I had not been to this location for awhile and decided to go in to order to-go as each time I have used their drive-thru they have gotten my order wrong. Waited for awhile for someone to take my order even though there were 5 or 6 workers present. Nobody acknowledged I was there waiting even when one of the girls grabbed a tortilla right in front of me. I worked in restaurants in college and we were taught to always greet our customers, let them know we will be with them in a moment. Instead, when a customer is ignored they feel like the employees don't want to be there and the customer is a bother to them. Finally a gentleman did come and take my order.

Man, it’s hard to describe how bad this location is. I was just in there and the entire staff looked lost. Good management would not allow for such under trained staff. What a mess.

Love Cafe Rio!!! It's my healthy comfort food. Ordered a bowl... loved the huge variety of toppings and sauces. Menu is easy. We were there Sunday evening after a hard day, and it was nice and quiet. The perfect pick-me-up.

This is the best Cafe Rio I have ever been to, and that's all down to the staff. They treated me like a friend, had a great attitude, and even sang to me! It definitely made my day better and I will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming here for lunch for a while and the tall gentlemen with tattoos is always super friendly, smiling, and I notice he walks around and checks on all the guests every time I'm here including myself even if I'm sitting outside in the summer to ensure they have a top notch visit. The flavor and portions are always consistent as well. Cheers.

Placed an online order. Pick up at 5:20 and it wasn’t ready until way after 5:50!!!! The workers thought we placed an order by accident because the food was similar. Also no horchata! Won’t be coming here EVER again! Two entrees were ready but had to ask about the other two entrees from my order. They had one of my entrees behind the counter, they claimed ‘we thought it was a mistake because the food order was the same as another entree’. On the fourth entree, ordered a sweet pork enchilada with adjustments and sides. When handed the bag, it was a sweet pork quesadilla…basic and plain as can be! The workers had no care in the world to help, make up for lost time, or accommodate after messing up an order. Horrible and annoying experience.

Cafe rio nails fresh mex. I just love the burrito enchilada style. They are so big I get lunch for 2 days. They have some yummy drinks, including horchata. Service is always friendly. If you show up and there's a line, know that it moves fast.

Best cafe Rio I’ve had in a long time ! I got a bowl and it was huge! Blew Chipotle way out of the water. So good and fresh. Such a good value. I’ll be back!

20 min wait at 10:38 AM just to walk out without my food , this place doesn’t belong in Gilbert and I’m glad I walked out without touching my food😭
