The gyro meat came out of a steamer on to the flat top, not off the spit currently spinning, the sandwich contained more sauce than lettuce which there was more of than the mystery meat. I did not eat the sandwich as the meat was all writhered and then burnt from the flat top. Absolutely will not go back.

So glad we took a chance on Cairo’s Gyros tonight! Everything was fresh and super tasty!! Wish we had more pictures to post, but we were too busy feasting to think to take pictures until the end. From the house-made hummus and tzatziki sauce, to the juicy and flavorful meats, to the best baklava I’ve ever eaten (made from scratch in-house), everything we had was 5-star quality!
I had a wonderful experience at Cairo Gyros The ambiance was inviting, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.

What an amazing first impression this place is exactly what I was hoping for. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the front door by the owners cheerful and welcoming daughter. The owner and son took my order and prepared it to go for me and very quickly mite add. The quality of the food and the customer service you get with family owned and operated restaurants like this is top notch! However don't make my mistake! I regret not trying the baklava my first time its amazing.
First time trying Cairo’s Gyros and I am pretty impressed. Got a beef and a chicken shawarma and baklava. Beef shawarma was on point and the Tahini sauce gives it a nice kick! The chicken shawarma was good…however instead of the dressing used, I would have preferred the traditional garlic sauce instead…nevertheless the sandwiches were delicious and baklava was amazing.
Vegetarian options: There are options like hummus, dolma, salads and other options.
