Top notch food. Honest and responsive servers. I returned here a lot. Without a challenge, the freshest, best hummus in the valley. I've had about half the items on the menu, and have never been disappointed. Recently ate at a [different] Greek place, and it didn't even come close to the flavor and freshness Cairos always provides. You can't go wrong here.

There is a lot of love in this place. It's a very serene atmosphere. Peaceful. But I didn't come for the vibes. I wanted a gyro. And that's exactly what I got.
The bread was soft. Tasted fresh. Not hard or dry. The sauce was saucing and the veggies vegging out. The star of the show was that beautifully seasoned and tender mixed meat of madness. The heart of the gyro. And they delivered. They didn't skimp on the meats. It's the $10 make you holla special. Check them out.

1st time visiting Cairos. Food ok...tzakiki sauce too much mint, meat very greasy and rice had no flavor & pita was mediocre. Service was great , lady/girl running register was very nice. Door was filthy and the splash guards around food area needed some shining

A rare gem in Gilbert, I’d highly recommend Cairos Gyros. My partner and I stopped by for lunch and we were not disappointed. The portions were well sized for the amount we paid, the food came out warm and fresh, and the owners were warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing experience at Cairo’s Gyros! I ordered the chicken kabob plate and my husband got the Giza combo (half chicken, half beef), and everything was absolutely delicious..flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. We finished with baklava for dessert and it was so good! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem. Some of the best gyros I’ve ever had. The pitas are so soft and warm and the fries… my goodness. This place does it RIGHT. We go here almost every week and I’ve fallen in love with everything I’ve tried. The folks running the joint are clearly passionate about their food. Don’t sleep on this spot!
