We discovered Caldwell County BBQ and Mexi-Q over the last month. You can't find better brisqet anywhere....anywhere! The pulled pork and turkey...all smoked...are just off the charts. And the staff at both places are very attentive. Best place the Gilbert area to eat. Well worth a little drive.
shout out to Ben at Caldwells today 12/23 for his amazing customer service in light of busy crazy day with lots of sales and orders. He went above and beyond to make things right today when they tan out of meat before I arrived to pick up a catering order. he even drove to me.and brought the meat. He was very professional and went above and beyond to provide stellar customer service to us. We use them all the time and appreciate them.
The food was really good, and the customer service was great as well. I was especially impressed by Liv - she didn’t stop working from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Such a nice and hardworking young woman! The prices are a little on the higher side, but overall, the food was worth it.
For the amount of business they get, they could invest in another restroom.
