I have been to this location several times and been helped in the drive thru by David. He is a wonderful, thoughtful and caring employee. He has been phenomenal every time. My wife has a gluten allergy and his attention to detail in repeating the order and separating the food to avoid the cross contamination is much appreciated.Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy

Honestly, I'd never eaten in a Carl's Jr before, and so, was brought by a friend -- solely because that fact also blew his mind. I'd had the sourdough burger special (with waffle fries) and it and the customer service impressed me enough that I'm taking the time to leave this comment. I would "criticize" a little and say that the bun was more "Texas toast" than "sourdough" but was delicious and devoured, nonetheless.Now, my friend did treat me lunch, and that freebie isn't what made the food taste better, but when he did order, he'd forgotten to ask for the waffle fries vs your regular. Long story short, he'd remembered to ask AFTER he'd paid, then didn't realize there was a difference, asked if he could pay the difference in cost. At the same time a woman (total assumption she was a shift manager/lead), overheard, and said to us not to even worry, and she fixed it with the chefs. There wasn't even a problem, and she'd went above and beyond helpful. (She mighta previously overheard me botching-up my order and apologizing to the also-nice guy taking our order - I'm just not a fan of lettuce and tomato, aka "rabbit food"). Anyhow, extremely nice employees, and a "hmm... impressed" feeling before I even started filling my drink.Then the food came (how many characters can do I get in this survey??) -- let's just say, I'll be checking out my closest store.
David at the German and Gilbert location handled my order like a pro, suggested some things and was very,very friendly and accommodating. He is a terrific employee for Carl's Jr!.Vegetarian options: They have a plant-based burger option with any burger.
My son wanted his chicken stars, so we got here and the place is busy....well drive thru. So we stopped in to get a few things to eat... I'd really just got to give it to the staff at this location because it turned out there were only two people, being short staffed sucks. Everything was great food and friendly service. Definitely would come again to eat. Sorry no pictures.
