Janette did not apologize for making a Guacamole Bacon Burger without the meat patty. How does one make a hamburger and forget the beef? I also requested to have my fries remade because they got cold after my 10 minute drive back to the restaurant. She refused to remake the fries, claiming that I already ate them. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

This location is extremely understaffed... Sometimes taking 5 plus minutes to even take your order at the box. They will have you pull in front in park so that the owner doesn't see the extremely long wait times and take action, and when there is a long average wait they will have their friend do laps around the empty drive-thru to bring their average wait time down.
I pulled up to the restaurant at 5:17 and left at 5:33... If I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to In-N-Out

I've gone there a few times and thought the food was good. Last night was an exception. I was driving between service calls and picked up a burger. It was not warm at all. It tasted like it had sat on the counter for 10 minutes . I started calling the store right after unwrapping my burger to complain by phone but they dont answer.

You may not believe this but in the past 3 weeks I’ve tried (for the first time) Carls Jr, Nutella, and going to a chiropractor. While the back cracker helps my body and the hazelnut spread healed my soul, let me just say that Carls Jr Bacon Avocado Burger truly scratches the heavens.
I’m not sure if the condiments conspired to taste so good together or not, but combined with French Fries and a Coca Cola it was rather amazing.

I ordered one burger, no mayo. They both had no mayo. I asked for my veteran discount. No discount. The service was slower for 2 burgers and onion rings. The clerk spoke broken English. Having said all that, the burgers were ok and the rings not too bad.
