Sometimes I get calamari for the ride home after work. Apparently the online menu doesn't translate to the restaurant so my order isn't right. But that doesn't explain why my food is always room temperature.

I really like Carrabba's, and the food is usually second to none, but this visit was a letdown. I like a medium rare stake, and they always get it right. Not this time, they didn't even cook it long enough to warm it from the cooler, the broccoli was still cold.

Had chicken wings as an appetizer. They were bloody when they arrived. Complementary bread was hard. My wife's salad was mostly frozen. Replacement salad had a fishy and sweet taste. Our entrees were good.
We have been coming to carrabbas for years. This is our first negative experience. The bread was hard , and the salad was frozen. The chicken wings were under cook. We have never experienced anything like this at carrabbas! Always great food and good service ! I don't know what happened today!

Food is great if you stick to the grilled items. I had the only grilled chicken in our order and it was superior to our other entrees. We did takeout and only decreased one star because the app said it was ready but it took another 10 or so mins to add the sides while I waited. Seems these should be ready before the hot entrees are in the window.

Homemade noodles unbelievably delicious Fettuccine Weesie great.Chicken Piccata, very good. 2 spinach sides, yummy. Chicken soup, good.I was able to order a PLAIN chicken breast, side of fettuccine and broccoli with no herbs, which is not an easy thing to do in most restaurants.? Gold Star for customized service.Pay for an extra bread loaf, if you are bread monster.The salad was too small, next time I will order the soup.This was carry out. I will be back to eat here!

The food and service were good, though I would say the food quality is not as good as I remember from previous visits. The concerning thing was the cleanliness of the dining room. The booth we were seated at had old food, dust and grime under the seat pad which easily slid around and a lot of dust collected on the bench ledge just above head height. This restaurant needs a deep cleaning.
