Chick-fil-A sauce is ALWAYS the right answer with their fries. It makes the meal! They have Pepperjack cheese as an option to jazz up sandwiches, too... Curbside pickup is delivered within mere minutes. Drive thru lines are often long, but move quickly and efficiently. Just wish they were open on Sunday.

It’s frustrating when restaurants force Uber Eats or DoorDash drivers to use the drive-thru for pickup orders, especially during busy hours. These apps are built on speed and efficiency, and when delivery drivers are stuck in a 20–30 minute line behind regular customers, it completely defeats the purpose. This not only delays food for the end customer, but it also hurts the drivers who are losing valuable time and money on each trip.
A smarter approach would be to allow designated in-store pickups or have a separate, prioritized system for delivery couriers. Many other restaurants do this, and it works well. Forcing all pickups through the drive-thru isn’t just inefficient—it creates unnecessary traffic and slows things down for everyone. It’s a small change that would make a big difference for delivery workers, customers, and the restaurant’s own operations.

This location is an absolute waste of time! I seriously had to wait with EVERYONE who is ordering food when I have an uber eats order. This is a waste of both my time and the customers time. Never coming back here again!

This store was a mess. Soda spilled on the floor and left.a worker girl long hair brainded brown (couldnt see name on tag)stepped right over it as she just wiped 2 out of the 10 dirty tables. Guy with blue shirt white hat and other guy grey shirt grey hat just stood around did nothing. The spill was there the whole time and very large. Other blonde girl when not helping customers did nothing either. store smelled like trash not being taken out. And chicken nuggets were cold and fries were over salted and barely warm. Got a cherry coke and it tasted bad. Had to switch it out for dr pepper

1. Food is always cooked through perfectly.
2. The staff are always 🅝🅘🅒🅔 and love helping helping everyone. They always make sure you have the perfect dining experience.
3. The food always comes out very fast and is always cooked perfectly.
4. All locations are super clean and kid friendly. There are always staff on the duty to clean up any messes.
5. I mostly go though the drive through with my dog. They always ask if I want to get my dog a Pup Cup. The Pup Cups are always free 🆓, which is super nice.

First off, let me start by saying they don't skimp on the sauce My wife and I have not had breakfast at this location yet we've had a chicken sandwich and chicken strips and nine times out of 10. You've had a good experience they don't tend to serve stale old chicken 🍗 like other locations do this is definitely one of the better locations In Gilbert
I am very impressed! I was greeted with a smile, my food was delivered directly to my table and I was asked if I needed anything else. I asked for triple pickles, and wasn't satisfied with the amount, but the issue was promptly addressed and taken care of. I felt like actual royalty! They gave me six chick fil a sauces and didn't charge extra. The employees obviously love working there, they were all very helpful and happy. The restaurant is very clean, smells delicious (even in the bathroom) and is well decorated. 10/10 would eat here again!

I am a doordash driver and it's really inconvenient to have to go through the drive thru when there are long lines to pick up the order. I was inside, they could have just handed me the damn food.
