This has to be my worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Let’s first start with that they don’t say my pleasure when I tell them to. And what kind of drivers eat here? You could say they need more handicap spots! People can’t even park right anymore! The only good thing about this place is my boy Miles he hooked us up right. Or should I say wrong? This place is everything I never wanted. Can we talk about the discrimination of this place. I am a gay homosexual that doesn’t take disrespect. The way the workers were looking at me when I talked, made me feel very uncomfortable. And let’s talk about the sauces! They gave me two sauces for three grown men. While eating my grilled nuggets, I thought about going back to Taco Bell. it actually feels like home at Taco Bell.

They have the most wonderful staff i've ever worked with. I really enjoy coming to this restaurant.
CFA always hits. Nuggets are awesome. Chicken sandwich is delicious (dill pickles vs sweet pickles). Waffle fries are crispy, hot, and perfectly salted. Chick-fil-A sauce is ALWAYS the right answer with their fries. It makes the meal! They have Pepperjack cheese as an option to jazz up sandwiches, too... Curbside pickup is delivered within mere minutes. Drive thru lines are often long, but move quickly and efficiently. Just wish they were open on Sunday.

According to TikTok, you were supposed to be able to get free food from Chick-fil-A. I order at least 200 dollars worth of food that should have been free and was still charged for it and I used the code word moo.

It’s frustrating when restaurants force Uber Eats or DoorDash drivers to use the drive-thru for pickup orders, especially during busy hours. These apps are built on speed and efficiency, and when delivery drivers are stuck in a 20–30 minute line behind regular customers, it completely defeats the purpose. This not only delays food for the end customer, but it also hurts the drivers who are losing valuable time and money on each trip.
A smarter approach would be to allow designated in-store pickups or have a separate, prioritized system for delivery couriers. Many other restaurants do this, and it works well. Forcing all pickups through the drive-thru isn’t just inefficient—it creates unnecessary traffic and slows things down for everyone. It’s a small change that would make a big difference for delivery workers, customers, and the restaurant’s own operations.
