This chick fil la is hands down the worst one I’ve ever been to. Drive thru takes SO long, tonight I sat at the intercom for over 7 minutes and when I called the store I was put on hold, no one apologized, offered anything? I waited then in the line for another 10 minutes to get my food. They are extremely slow and don’t care about good customer service.

A drive thru or window pickup only. No inside seating but there is outside seats. Drive thru lanes can be a little confusing for the first time usage. But they have an express lane for people who use the app, which is really nice

Oh boy ! Let me just start by saying I love Chick-fil-A, but this experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I went up to the window since I had a group of split orders and I did not want to be complicated. My first group ordered and they got the order completely wrong. The second group ordered and they forgot so many things in the order. And when the third group ordered, they forgot their sauces. Very sad because I was going to try their new chicken pimento sandwich, but they did not even give it to us :(

I just had the worst chicken sandwich of my life here— and I eat a lot of Chick-Fil-A! It was extremely thin, had a huge HOLE in the middle, and way overcooked. This location has continued to disappoint. I usually try to avoid it but sometimes that’s not practical. Considering sandwiches are now $6+, I would hope to at least receive something resembling a modest effort.
With only a drive thru, a walk up counter, and outdoor seating, this location has a totally different feel. Don't mind it at all. It just gets a little congested at the outdoor pickup because nobody knows where to stand or what to do.
This location has become our favorite, go to Chick-fil-A’s. The staff is amazing, headed by William and Matt. If you haven’t been here in a while, do yourself a favor and try them out again! You will not regret it! Mobile order driver thru is a must, even during the most congested times of the day, will save you lots of time.
Really, who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A? Just wish they were open on Sundays! ?

1. Hate that there is no dine in option. 2. Chicken sandwich was fine..just fine and that is not the norm for this chain. 3. French fries were the worst I have ever had at a Chick-fil-a. Tasted like old nasty oil was used...not stale fries that have been sitting around, but potatos in dirty oil. We live at higley and southern and were so excited when this location was being built. Right after it first opened were were completely disappointed that there was no dine in service. Fast food is designed to be fast and mobile...but it is better the quicker you can sit and eat it but there is no option for that here. We have only been to this location 2 other times and we have not been disappointed evach time. We really like Chick-fil-a but this location is lacking in too many areas. I will get my Chick-fil-a fill at other locations.
