First visit here. Food was ok, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Sandwich was ok i guess I expected more so next visit will try the spicy breaded sandwich. Fries were good. Their BBQ sauce was different but very good. We will return. Only thing is this store is geared for drive thu and only has a outdoor seating but is enjoyable.

Great food as always. The team forgot a few items the last couple of times we have been here. They are very polite and they resolve any problems we have had without an argument. This is a drive-thru only fast food restaurant.

Just getting a quick lunch for my daughter & myself. Chick-fil-a never disappoints. I like the new mobile check in drive thru lane; it made it extremely quick & easy for us to grab our lunch & get back on the road.

This Chick-fil-A is the epitome of hot and cold. Sometimes there’s good experiences but most of the time the service is poor. I actually got into a car accident in this drive thru months ago due to their poor merging drive thru set up, I called and asked multiple times for the franchise owner to be able to provide camera surveillance and received no response and ultimately had to handle everything either through a lawyer or my insurance. Regardless of that we do still come to this location because it’s closest, and the reality is that no matter how much the name is tainted the food always provides.

I don’t understand the concept of “mobile thru” it’s basically an excuse for them to not start your order until you arrive and are checked in. Labeled as “convenience” but in reality they get our money only to make us wait longer.

The owner William reached out to me to speak to me about my past experience and I went ahead and explained the issues that I have had at this location not once but about three times.

He listened to me as I explained my past bad experiences.

I respect that he reached out and is wanting to hear back from customers on what can be done better.

If there was a case study on what NOT to do with a chik fil a, this would be it. I don't know why but this location just fails. Everything is slow, there is no indoor dining option. It doesn't seem to matter if you order in person at the walk up window, the drive through or in the app. You're waiting, and after you're done waiting you have to wait for more. I could drive to another location, get a new order and come back and my order from this location would still not be ready. It is a scientific oddity.

Damon made my visit so incredible, he could tell I was having a really awful day and helped make sure I was feeling okay as a human being, he helped me with my order and made sure I felt welcomed and heard, I would highly reccomend coming back here as this location is fillied with not just amazing staff but amazing people!

Quick drive thru location. The lanes had plenty of shade while you're in the drive thru which is super helpful in the AZ heat.
