Dined in on 11/8. Food was good however our server (male w/ long hair and glasses) kept checking in every 5 minutes kept telling our table to take our time. Let alone he was rushing us and said that he had another shift to start at the bar. I thought this was unprofessional and told us to pay in the next 10 minutes. If you want customers to return don't rush them and tell them to pay in short notice because of your work schedule.

Brandy was our server today and she was absolutely incredible. Every time my water was running low, without fail she’d be near by and fill it back up. Not only that but she was super kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Brandy! Me and my 5 other friends loved your energy today! 10/10

I literally got here right at 10 o’clock when they were closing and they couldn’t stay open 20 seconds to let me pay for an order that they already had made that I could see literally through the window as I showed up. I spoke to the manager, he knew the situation and I was gonna give them a huge tip for being so willing to wait 20 seconds so I can get my food so now I’m unhappy because that’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s not like I’m sitting at a table, causing extra waiters to be later meal was literally right through the window sitting there that they’re gonna throw away and I had a gift card I was gonna pay with. It was gonna be super easy but they couldn’t wait 20 seconds so. That’s absolutely ridiculous.
Had not visited Chili's in 20 years and was pleasantly surprised how much the menu changed for the better.
