Came here last night with my husband for our Valentine’s Day dinner & the staff was very attentive and friendly. Dinner was absolutely delicious! I love that the chips were fresh, hot, & crispy to start. We also got the Triple Dipper appetizer (which I am craving again today), with the Big Mouth Bites, the Nashville Hot Mozzarella (we ended up ordering six more, they were amazing!!), and the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers which were also very tasty. We will certainly be back here again.

This was my first time being there and we got the triple platter oh my gosh it was a lot of food great customer service are waitress I like the fact that she kept coming and checking on us making sure we had everything we needed she was awesome
The number of times that I've gotten just absolutely atrocious portions or flat out wrong items when I've had the order picked up is astounding. I lived in the area for two years. Probably half of the times I ordered, something was critically wrong. If you're coming here, dine in. The dine in experience was always great, servers were always attentive and I never felt slighted.
It was always on pickup or delivery orders that I felt just disappointed. I ended up driving to the one at chandler and the 101 whenever I would do a take out order because this one just let me down too many times. And I know this wasn't their decision but taking the chicken penne pasta off the 3 for me was just infuriating. That was my favorite man!
The server Quinten was great. He kept up with my drink (3 refills) ahead, and when I was ready to go, before I asked, he had to go cup ready for me to take.

We wait more than an hour for the food this Sunday, my food was cold, I didn't eat with my family, they were done eating when they bring me the fix plate. The employees apologize and take part omy meal of $6 dollars of to be specific, but I rather eat on time and have a pleasant dinner with my family then getting a discount, apologies doesn’t cut it, I'm a very patient person, I don't usually complain, but this restaurant staff needs a lot of coordination in order to provide better service,my husband was already irritated for the waiting time, and we ended up very disappointed. I only give 2 stars because the staff and manager are polite, but definitely not coming back to this location.

I recently ordered food for pick up and was quite disappointed. Unfortunately, my order was wrong and the food was cold upon arrival. The quality of the food was not what I expected, which was really disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, which I appreciated.
Haven't had chili's in forever since I've never been a fan of their food. This time I got a salad and Nashville moz sticks..they were good...greasy but service was good too

Great casual spot for dine in, nothing looked run down or messed up. Service was decent and food came out very fast and well made however the Nashville Hot sauce they use for their mozzarella and chicken strips is way too salty, so salty I couldn't even finish my food. We'll be back but just won't order anything with that sauce
