Not sure what was happening today about 2 pm. But I got in line and my husband was with me. I go to this one a lot since it’s close to my house. I got a bowl with white rice and I got a half of scoop of rice. Then got my meat asked for double meat and barely got any and got charged double meat. Then got my toppings I bowl isn’t even up to the rim it’s half full. Meanwhile my husbands bowl was stuffed full of the toppings and my husband said what happened to your food. I’m like I have no idea everyone after me since there was a line got very full bowls. If they aren’t going to give everyone about the same amount they need to close down

I showed up on a Sunday afternoon for a pick up order and these poor people were slammed with what seemed like a whole field trip of kids and all their parents. I was a little early and expected it to take a long time because of how busy they were, but the kid at the register acknowledged me and asked if I was there for a pick up. When I said yes, he let the team know and they somehow got my order out 4 minutes early in the midst of all the craziness. They all remained kind and professional and you could tell they were working hard. The food was good too! Kudos to them!

I visited this location after making an error using the chipotle app (possibly due to a low blood sugar moment?). The time was around 3:00-3:15pm on 6/24/25. At the time there was no wait. The young man and young lady in the front of the house were more than pleasant. They were able to help me get the order fulfilled at their location instead of potentially having to drive about an hour round trip visiting the other location.
I’m sorry I did not mark down the names of the employees who helped me out. But, would like to say thank you Thank You THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This really made my day.
By the way, this location cooked the steak perfectly. It was not overcooked. Also, the fajita veggies were cooked through too! The front and back of the house were definitely on point this afternoon!!!!

If you say you close at 10 pm, CLOSE AT 10 pm. We walked in shortly after 9 pm on a Saturday night. There were a couple of people in line but they were overall pretty slow. We received our food and went to sit on the patio only to be told the patio was closed already. We sat in the dining room and then had to deal with tables and chairs being stacked and drug across the floor so they could sweep. The employee then proceeded to dump the entire bucket of mop water out into the floor. All the lemonade and tea dispensers had also been emptied so we were out of luck on those. Overall it was a disappointing experience and it is evident why Chipotle is declining so rapidly.
I was really disappointed with my recent order. The food was cold not lukewarm, but actually cold and it made the whole meal unenjoyable. When you’re paying for a fresh, hot meal, that’s the least you expect. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Food was great. However the 2 managers were treating the 3 new looking employees with no respect. As a former chipotle manager they should be ashamed of the way they acted. The line was disgusting floor was a huge mess all the tables and drink stations were gross and sticky and it was not busy. There was plenty of time to be tidying up around the line. The manager was at the register and the other was at the tortilla station. This wasn’t the 1st time either otherwise I wouldn’t be writing this review. 2 chicken salads 1 chicken quesadilla chips and 2 drinks for $50? And a manager attitude? Yeah… clean this place up guys. Date of visit 5-12-2025 around 6:30 pm

I came a little later in the night at like 945 (they close at 10) and they had already begun cleaning which is fine but they had already turned off machinery. They turned off the quesadilla maker which takes 2-3 minutes to warm up and refused to make my food. My main concern is turning off machinery before closing time, i understand cleaning but turning off machinery and refusing to turn it on even though you aren’t closed was rude. the workers were also rude
