First off I love Chipotle but the girl at the front today clearly hates her job . She was just really rude. I wanted chipotle chicken and apparently they had not made it yet. So I stood there for about 5 seconds looking at what else I should get and she said do you want to wait or are you going to order. No one was even in line behind me.

This Chipotle is an awfully ran establishment. From the dirty floors and tables to the who I believe is the manager (glasses and a polo) treating customers and employees with 0 hospitality.

For Example: A young woman was helping me make my order and asked this “manager” if he can go grab some corn for the order, his response was go get it yourself and proceeded to pull out his phone to text at the register. I felt bad for the young woman and furious at this person that is in charge.

Next the soda station was covered in trash and none of the silverware was filled. We had to ask another man at the register and after 15 minutes still no one went over to refill it despite other people asking for silverware.

We were there for 30 minutes not one table was cleaned.

Lazy management its almost sad.

This used to be one of the best Chipotles in the area. It has gone downhill, it’s really sad. The place is filthy despite having an overstaffed line. There’s literally trash and rice all over the lobby. Half the workers are on their phones. Hope they can turn it around.

By far the worst Chipotle in the area. I never write reviews but the amount of times I have wasted my money and time there has brought me to this. The one thing they’re consistent at is being terrible. Always out of ingredients, chips, etc. If you go there expect them to be out of one or more things you want. Online orders are always messed up. Didn’t think reading a piece of paper and adding what is ordered to the bowl was a hard thing, but apparently it is for them. Save your headache and go to the Val Vista one.

So it was kind of good. I think japoltlay is all right. If they could do anything better, it would be to mquesadij lays. Because they don't have any quesadillas in the whole restaurant unless you are a little kid. Otherwise, it was a great experience. And I'll probably go here again if I get a gift card. Because gift card is free money.

Good old fashioned Chipotle from 20 years ago. Haven't changed a bit. The employees just got younger;)

I've always loved Chipotle and never had any issues until about 2 years ago. Almost every location seems to have inventory issues and is always out of items and it's not always during the busier hours. I've left at least 5 times in the past year because if you don't have what I like why should I settle or replace it with something I don't like. They also don't even care to give you a small discount for the inconvenience so I just go somewhere else. This mall location really bad. Was 4:30pm with barely anyone there with employees standing around and were out of fajita veggies and was told 15 mins. I sat down and 8 minutes later they still haven't even started cooking it. Was told 20 more minutes. A discombobulated young guy was in charge (said he was the manager) and I said I couldn't believe they wouldn't be prepared for the soon to be dinner rush and how come everyone else is just standing around. He said because that's what they are supposed to do....I left with my two other guests. Thus lost the business of 3 people.

I don’t blame the employees they just work there. But I came in thirty minutes before closing and was screwed because of that. If it’s thirty minutes before close and you have to resort to tiny portions and single options then stop serving for the night. No reason you should be serving when you only are serving half scoops of simply brown rice, no chicken just steak, etc. again far from the employees fault, young dude up front was very up front about his limited options, it’s the higher ups faults

Awful service. Room is super messy. I was front in line getting my order done and then only one person is on the line while around 5 people goof off in the back. Why does it take 20+min to get my order done when I’m in front.
