Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually order online here.

This is the only Chipotle that gets portions right. Sometimes the meat isn't done enough and sometimes the rice is undercooked.

Overall good experience. Especially considering the lack of portion supervision.

Unfortunately, this is our second chipotle and second bad experience. Employee that made our food roller her eyes and was frowning, specifically when i asked for a double portion of chicken. I told her sorry for making her upset. She didn't care or respond. Im not sure what causes chipotle employees to have attitude, but im starting to see a trend. And when you send in a review to corporate, all they do is say sorry. No incentives to make up for the bad experience. Last location they didnt give us enough chicken, and they didnt even want to make up for it by a gift card for the 5 bucks or anything. Corporate basically just says sorry and hope you come back.

Best portion sizes I’ve had consistently at a chipotle in years. And when I asked for extra lettuce they didn’t just give me 4 more pieces and actually asked if it was enough.

Food was good, however the one girl who is obnoxiously loud is incredibly rude. This is our second time coming here and the first time she was talking to her coworker about inappropriate bedroom activities loud in the dining room, and the second time she was slamming all of the ingredients in the bowl and told her coworker she was going to walk out and didn’t care if she got fired. Very inappropriate behavior!

Low quality meats.. extremely fatty chicken and carne asada. Outside table area smells like sewage. Chipotle has really gone downhill.

Horrible service food was poor quality server that was a young lady with glasses was rude towards my wife spent 22$ for two disgusting bowls I was not offered a recipe

Went to grab dinner over an hour before closing, they were almost out of rice, completely out of both black and pinto beans, fajita veggies, and cheese. I understand running out of food but it seemed that the staff cared more for trying close down the restaurant than make sure they had food for customers in line.

The food was fresh and really delicious. The employees were attentive, friendly and helpful. They were out of ice (I visited in mid-July) and the service station was in need of attention (e g. there were no forks) and tables were not wiped down (granted, this was around 1:00/1:30, and being a busy period of the day I could have selected a table that was just recently vacated).
