For the love of god do not order from this chipotle. I placed an online delivery order which consisted ofExtra pastor chicken (5+ extra dollars)RiceBeansLettuceExtra red sauceQuesoI was met with literally a soup of sauce. Hardly any lettuce, hardly any chicken, couldn’t see the rice or beans. I mean just a literal bowl of sauces. Didn’t know chipotle had soup on the menu. On top of that it was ice cold. I was so mad I spent 45 dollars on this meal I threw it straight into the garbage so I will not be posting a photo.I won’t ever eat at chipotle again. Make the drive to illegal Pete’s on mill avenue and thank me later. Chipotle loves to raise prices and deliver worse and worse experiences.

I believe her name was Evie, pale woman with black hair was the one who checked me out and her name was on the host on my receipt. However, I watched her stand around doing nothing as her employee was struggling helping everyone. Evie even asked if that was all and I told her I need sour cream and salsa on the side and she didn’t help her coworker struggling. As a manager of a restaurant team work is huge and she is not a team player. The worker hustling unfortunately I did not get her name but she has shorter blond hair. She even asked if her coworker got those sides for her and I told her unfortunately she didn’t. Just felt bad, Evie definitely needs to be taught how to be productive especially being in the front of the assembly line. Just looks super bad when there is a line and people standing around doing nothing, carelessly is frustrating.

Food was great. Rice had some hard pieces in it. The server was putting about half a serving of rice in a burrito bowl that it should be. When I told him I wanted more rice, he asked oh so you want extra? No, I replied, I want the regular amount. LolThey all have to figure out a way to get quesadillas back in line!!!! It can't be that hard to figure out. What the heck its a Mexican restaurant!

I stopped in today for lunch and they were out of everything I usually get. First they had no black beans so I was just going to order everything else. But as I kept ordering they were out of chicken and I had to wait. I sat down and immediately she called me back up and said she had chicken, when I looked at the chicken it looked old and there was not much. I then was told that they are out of veggies. Not just that but they seemed to be understaff and stressed out. This is unacceptable it’s okay to run out of things but it seems to happen a lot.

The serving size at this Chipotle is less than half the size of a normal Chipotle, I've been given burritos that literally fit in the palm of my hand. The store is always out of multiple ingredients and they are severely understaffed. The employees at this location are very nice and very respectful, the problem is management not caring about the quality or the staff at this location.

Problem 1: location is CONTANTLY out of things.Problem 2: there is NO communication regarding being out of things when online orders are picked up.Problem 3: staff is completely unapologetic about both issues.

Definitely a middle of the road Chipotle, sometimes really good and other times I wish I went somewhere else. There are some consistents at this location which is speed of service which is almost always slow no matter how busy they are.Biggest complaint of all is the same one for all locations which is consistency with protein portions. Would rather they use a legit measuring cup or scale instead of the spoon to get consistent portions as sometimes a scoop is double portion but usually is light if not a half portion. And if you feel you got ripped off on the initial scoop they try to charge you for double if you ask for more. I have left mid order more than once from them trying to double charge me for a single portion. Using an actual measuring or weight system like Arby's would eliminate that complaint.Also the catering to online orders over in person customers has caused me to walk out more than once as well. I am always confused why they prioritize people who aren't even there over those of us why are there in line. A drive thru I could understand but not online orders where they can dictate pickup times and push when busy but don't.

Would much rather go to the one on Power. This chipotle sucks. Staff is always behind on orders, barely speak to you, and wastes people’s time. Placed an online order this evening and it wasn’t ready until 30 minutes later……

Five stars for the diligent employees that work under the conditions that management has kindly bestowed upon them. What I mean by this is the store is clearly understaffed despite the traffic, and therefore nothing is stocked or clean in spite of the hardworking employees that can’t leave the counter or kitchen. Sad that these people can’t find the support they deserve, I wouldn’t be surprised if this forces good employees to leave earlier than they should. Do better, management! I’ve been told flat out that one employee was thirsty and it was too busy for them to get water.

It's the worst location in the east valley. Hate to go there but it's the closest. They always have an attitude and never make the food correctly. Also the location is never clean.
