Why are the people who work here so rude!? Why is it acceptable. Tonight I purchased a $25 bowl, not only was it overpriced but I was mishandled and mistreated by the staff. It seems to me like the staff is bias against African American patrons and it seems to be encouraged or at minimum overlooked. Every single one of the staff who handled my bowl was absolutely disgusting and rude. And what I find is the most telling is they sabotaged my carry out bag, they wet it with some kind of substance but by the grace of God the bag didn’t fail until I was safely home, so happy the plans of this disgusting group of haters did not work. Moving forward I will not return to this location the staff is terrible and conniving. Proceed with caution.

The person that helped me this evening went so quickly he added things to my burrito I didn’t ask for. He threw it away and made a new one which is so wasteful. The guac was the oldest, brownest guac they could have served coming out of a supposedly fresh batch pulled from down below. My partner said her burrito had no flavor and was also disappointed in the brown guac throughout her burrito. I paid 2.75 for guac I couldn’t stomach and the chicken in my bowl was cold. Overall, not a great experience or meal.

Messed up my burrito and left half of the ingredients off when they moved it to a bowl and still had to pay the up charge never going again worst service and was given horrible attitude by the worker for asking to remake it !!

Without fail, every time I've ordered take out (online and in advance), the order isnt ready when I get there 20 minutes after placing the order or my order stays sitting on the side for ~10 min and I stand waiting along the side waiting unreasonably long for a worker to notice my order. By then, the food is usually cold

Came here to order food for the game. They were rude and tried to sneak “extra” on my receipt and looked at me like I was crazy when I gave pushback on a $32.00 bowl? Wouldn’t recommend.

UPDATE (9/13/25): Still has great food, but the prices are so high now.
Great food. I did visit one time and they forgot a side. I had to drive back to get it. When I got home it was bad. However, I called and one of the managers made things right. So overall they're a good restaurant to go to. They should have made it right the first time I had to go back, but no biggie.
Love the quick service. We ordered through our app picked up our food and were eating dining in within 5 minutes from walking in the door

Portion sizes are too less at this specific location despite bringing it up a couple of times.
I am not expecting to get double the chicken for the regular price but their meat portions are skimmed compared to other locations.
Disappointed with this aspect and hence the 3 star rating.

I like to come here after work and order a quesadilla because it’s efficient. The most recent portions I’ve been receiving are actually laughable. I just received my quesadilla and asked for extra rice and both slots barely have any! I can’t even do anything about it because I’m home now. I don’t want to be that person but if i have to check the portions before I drive off in the pick up lane I won’t hesitate. Everyone deserves to receive portions equivalent to what they paid for. I will not be jipped anymore! Be careful at this location.

Consistently one of the better chipotle locations. They give good portions and the staff are very nice. I’m bummed that the steak seems to always be extremely fatty and low quality but that seems like a chipotle issue, not a location specific issue.
