This place is so rude. I ordered a steak bowl, but they didn’t put any steak in it. This is such a waste of money and very disrespectful. I tried to find the steak inside, but I still couldn’t find it. They also didn’t put enough rice, so the bowl tasted really salty.
+ What the hell? I ordered a steak bowl, so if you’re not going to put steak in it, then don’t even bother taking my money. I spent over 45 dollars here, and you seriously decided to leave out the steak? Are you messing with your customers? You must think I’m a complete pushover to pull something like this. Looking at the reviews, I see I’m not the only one who got messed up orders. You messed with the wrong person. I’m going to save this as a PDF, take pictures of the receipt, and report this to your headquarters. See you in court.

The worst Chipotle location I have ever experienced. They need new management, I live close and have experienced nothing but problems in our orders for years. It’s very frustrating, our last order is the reason I’m writing this review since I can not reach a manager. First off I picked up our order with the bag ripping which is not a big deal however it’s clear to me now why it looked so mangled… Our food was missing multiple items including the meat in our bowls, chips in our bags. I ordered a large chip and the bag was crumbled up and thrown with crumbs at the bottom, all the containers were smashed in as if someone dropped or punched the tops. One container wasn’t even on so the bowl was spilt all over the bottom of the bag. This is getting out of hand at this location. As for us we will not be returning!!!

The complete lack of GAF at this particular Chipotle is unreal. Look… we all know the portions are smaller, the items cost a little more, and the customer service is… “lacking”? Fine. About 3-4 times a year I’m willing to overlook all that. I don’t know why I Hate myself, but I occasionally do. Y’all can probably relate somewhere deep inside. But folks… SERIOUSLY. I’ve lived in this area of Chandler for two years. This is the third time I’ve tried this particular location, and each time has been progressively Worse Than The Last. This time, it wasn’t even the shitty attitudes of the entitled High Schoolers divvying up portions with a serving spoon, no, this time, it was the burnt food. Served over the top of greasy floors, and an employee standing on the counter by the soda fountain, pouring one of their watered-down Aguas Frias into its dispensers. And while I waited on her and her dirty ass shoes to climb down, so I could gather napkins and utensils, when I blurted out, “Well that seems pretty unsanitary and gross,” she laughed and said, “Sorry.” And then didn’t bother to wipe off her footprints. Third strike. I’ll NEVER eat at this dump again.

They made me feel so comfortable eating at this location with my new dietary restrictions. I am breastfeeding and I recently needed to start an elimination diet, which includes eliminating dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and shellfish. They took the time to confirm what items were safe and offered to cleaned the cooking surfaces and cook me fresh food. There aren’t many places you can eat that don’t include those items, so it felt so nice to be able to eat here with confidence my baby will be safe!

I recently visited this Chipotle location, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I’m not sure if it’s a staff issue or if there’s something going on with the restaurant, but I felt that I was charged the full amount for a burrito bowl that was only half full. The portion size was not even adequate, especially considering the price.
The staff seemed stingy with the ingredients; there was barely any meat, and the cheese was just a sprinkle. It feels unfair to pay full price for such a small serving. I believe they should consider offering a discount for half bowls, as it’s not right to charge full price for what feels like a half-hearted serving.
To top it off, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. I won’t be returning to this location again.

10 mins after 10 on a Saturday night and it appears like the crew is ready to close up shop! Meanwhile they are out of half of the products they should be stocking for the last hour of service. Why advertise being open until 11, if the last hour is half your menu?? How do you even run out of sauces or dressings, something that is liquid and can be stored in the refrigerator for days on end?
