Spent $100.00 and got one steak burrito with NO steak. I went up to this location and the servers were nice and made another one. But this time with steak but it wasn't good. Got home it was almost steak, brown rice and black beans hardly any of the items I wanted in my burrito. Oh Well..will not be ordering from this location. I paid $22.+ for a burrito that wasn't made right the first or the second time. But I do have to say the ladies working were awesome..

Two days in a row of pickup orders not being filled correctly - I checked the digital and physical receipts. The first time, the store was very busy. Tonight it was very slow.Until now, I was willing to forgive this as the food was always of good quality and decently portioned.This is an extra white rice bowl. The other portions aren’t great either - is this $12 worth of food?This is a recent change - for months I never had a problem.

I’ve been eating at this chipotle since it’s opened and I’ve generally have had a good experience but today was one of the worst visits I’ve had anywhere, to start the chicken we were served was burnt, not charred, BURNT, and the next issue was the manager Destiny who had refused to provide my brother a refund due to both of our chicken being completely inedible and had the audacity to tell him that the “chickens supposed to be charred” and when I said it was burnt I literally couldn’t split my pieces of chicken with my fingers and she refused to provide refunds, this experience was my worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and the Coke Zero was regular Coke

Overall I always have a 1 star experience here. A few weeks ago an employee told me I wasn’t allowed to use my free entree I redeemed on the app with my points in the store?? She was rude and said that you had to order on the app to use it even though no where on the reward did it say that. It actually said when I used my points that I could redeem “in app or in store”. Also, my order is never completely wrong but it’s always missing something or the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. Today, I ordered on the app a chicken quesadilla with a side of black beans and 2 of rice and this is what I got. Completely ridiculous. I did get a free entree coupon after complaining in the app but I ordered this for delivery, meaning my normally 15$ order was 30$ with all the fees so I’m still losing.

Yikes. I am currently in here during the dinner rush. Believe me, I have over 15 years of restaurant experience, I know how it is. BUT with that said, every time I come here to pick up an order (either for myself or for UberEats/DoorDash) it is always a huge line and wait. Almost all other Chipotle's I go to are on top of their orders. They really need to do something about this. And Im sitting at a completely dirty table while I wait for a pickup. Just glad this isn't my local Chipotle.Tl;dr - do better, all around.

I had stopped going to Chipotle because the last three times we were given half empty bowls with 5-7 pieces of protein. A year had gone by, and I thought, how bad could it be?! Well, I stood in line for 15-20 minutes while one girl made to-go orders. Half the people in line left as the line was not moving. This place, their portions, and their business model is an absolute joke.

Don’t usually leave reviews but had to on this one. Disappointed twice now. I’m not sure how you run out of chips and carnitas 2hrs before you close? My better half went ahead and got food with my daughter, but then we didn’t even want to sit down since there wasn’t a clean table in the place. Should have take some pictures. Would have understood a little more if it had been busy but the place was practically dead.
I have eaten at this chipotle multiple times and every time the food always hits the spot. I recently developed celiac disease and was iffy if they were allergy friendly for my restriction. Come to find out they handle allergies in the best possible way. Brooke helped me out with my food and with some questions that I had as well. She did an absolutely amazing job informing me that they will change the utensils to be clean ones, change their gloves and grab me ingredients from the back to insure that there would be no cross contamination. I definitely felt safe eating my food seeing that Brooke had taken my allergy restriction very seriously. I highly recommend coming to this location and if you have any allergies please inform them so that they are aware and can assist you in the best way possible. Horrible experience this time, the teen that was serving this evening was very particular to add the ingredients on the order, he was very cheap on anything including Protein very little amount of items it was ridiculously he was taking the amount of half of the spoons that they use to serve, I had to let the other staff member finish my orders. Been going to this Chipotle for years. It's gone downhill dirty tables and floors. Ordered two burritos with extra chicken one fountain drink $29. Got home pulled out my burritos blown away at how small they were. I will never go back.
