As a huge Chipotle fan and supporter, I was surprised to see a low rating for this particular chain. When we went in, we were greeted by a very friendly staff and got to meet the new manager Cynthia. From the time we started our order to the moment we got our food, Service was exceptional.
As a law-enforcement officer ( I was not dressed in my uniform, so they did not know) the front desk staff and the manager were accommodating to my multiple requests, changed and then honored my discount (once verified) no matter how long the process took. I was extremely grateful. The service was matched by the efficiency of receiving the order and taste of the food which both were outstanding.
The only thing I may suggest that needed a little improvement was the cleanliness of the bathroom, but it was not awful. Give Cynthia and the team at this location a chance, because the food and service were great!

I had an online order of a double chicken burrito. When I arrived they gave me a bowl and not a burrito which wasn’t a big deal. So I drive back to work to eat said lunch and I have no fork to eat with, also upon opening said bowl they gave me what looks like triple lettuce and no double chicken.

I’ve been inside and thru the chipotlane and the quality between the two isn’t the same. No issues with ordering inside I get enough of each ingredient. I like the idea of having the drive thru but the bowl I order is always lacking. There is never enough protein. Today I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. It just doesn’t make sense it’s only for digital pickup, I got to the window and my order is sitting right there on the shelf but the attendant at the window is doing everything but getting orders out efficiently. Disappointed…I’ll only be going inside from now on

This location deserves zero stars! It was so dirty! In the dining area the tables were sticky! In the kitchen there was old food on the counters everywhere! Maybe the Health Department needs to make a visit!!!!!
We won't be returning to this location. 😞🫩 The bathroom was so gross and the portion was pathetic. What a disappoint especially for what it cost. Sigh
