The worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been in twice and both times had to walk out because they did not have any meat ready during dinner time (4:30-5 timeframe). Twice! No sense of urgency or apologies from the employees, just blank stares. The GM needs to get a handle on this location. Do better Chipotle!

Went to pick up my takeout order and there were 8 other people in line in front of me waiting on their deliveries or take out. After standing there for almost 10 minutes and watching 3 workers busting their butts in the drive through there were 4 others standing around doing nothing. Finally somebody spoke up and pointed out to an employee there were lots of take out bags sitting on a shelf by the drive through. Everyone got their orders within the next 3 minutes. No telling how long it sat up there on the shelf. At least 10 I know for sure.

Worst run Chipolte in the country. Ive been here 3 times lately and all 3 times they have no chicken, no steak literally nothing. 10 people standing waiting to order and no meat cooked. This last time I was told 20 min wait on chicken during a rush at lunch at 1230pm. I think all 10 of us just turned around and walked out. They wont stay in business long run this poorly

Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. These employees complain about serving guests right in front of your face. Was there for the BOGO deal Saturday. Duh it will be busy. Giving out free food in this economy. Lady at the register named Aiyana was doing everything in her power to not give guests the BOGO deal. Multiple complaints on how rude she was and how she was purposefully screwing customers out of the deal or charging them a cheaper bowl (3 pointer) to screw customers out of the BOGO. Never been charged for a 3 pointer EVER. The counter at check out was covered in cheese, rice, beans, lettuce you name it. By the reviews, most are having similar experiences. Hopefully y’all get it together!

This was my first visit to this new location, and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The food itself was decent—aside from the stale chips—but everything else fell short. The cleanliness of the place made it look like they had just survived a rush, but it was only us and two other people in the store. The staff was extremely slow, and most of them (except for one guy) looked grumpy and acted like they’d rather be anywhere else. I definitely won’t be stopping at this location again.

It was a zoo! We went when they had a BOGO deal and the line was wrapped around the inside of the building. Took probably 5 minutes to get a parking spot and 20 minutes to get to order. but you could tell the workers were trying their best and they LOADED our bowls so it was worth the wait. New Chimichurri sauce tasted really good but a bit too oily. Queso Dip is always so addicting. Hopefully they serve same size portions when it’s not as busy.

Today, Nov 30th 2025, out of white rice. I left and will go get Thai Chili 2 Go. I was excited to have Chipotle right across the street from my neighborhood. I’ve live there for over a decade.

Most times when I order, either they are understaffed or out of main ingredients like rice or basic chicken. The counter is usually littered with food and the dining area often looks neglected.

Corporate needs to address ASAP.

Very poorly trained. Employees do not keep serving spoons clean! I saw them drop multiple foods into incorrect containers while dishing food and cross contaminating spoons with other foods. Very dangerous for food allergies! Spoons for vegetarian friendly food holding meat, then back into the corn salsa contaminating it. Dropping cheese into items which should be dairy free, etc. All very dangerous and disappointing. Employees not happy or friendly at all. Very disappointing service.

Horrible experience THREE times and they don’t even have a phone number that works to reach them. They serve chicken full of gristle and inedible. It’s disgusting. The employees don’t care and will literally throw chicken fat pieces into your bowl. THREE TIMES I got a chicken burrito bowl & literally couldn’t eat the chicken because it is pure gristle. Terrible quality of food at this location. Also, their drive thru line that is specifically only for pick up is usually 15-20 min which is unacceptable. They are poorly run and I would not recommend this store at all. We were all so excited to have chipotle near us and it’s been a total disappointment. The GM needs to talk with his employees about proper cutting and serving of chicken meat as well as how to properly run a pick up line. ZERO STARS.

They completely skimp on the rice and every other portion (sour cream, chicken, corn etc) as if they are going through a zombie apocalypse and have to ration food or if it’s coming out of their own paycheck lol. Mine and the lady before me barely had our bowls 1/2 full by the time we finished our whole order. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Picked up from the drive through. Just bit into my burrito and got a long hair in my mouth. Started pulling it and sure enough, it came from the burrito. Tried calling the store but it goes directly to voicemail.
