I love this place. The cookies are delicious, and the customer service is amazing. Unfortunately their online ordering system could use some work. I ordered cookies for my daughter's class for her birthday, 2 days in advance. When I got there to pick them up, they said they didn't have the cookies I had ordered because they had so many customers in the morning and they can't see online orders until 15 minutes before pickup. So I had to get a few cookies that were a different flavor. Preschoolers typically don't react well to not all having the same thing. As I said, I do love this shop, though, I hope they can figure out a better system for online ordering so they have the right items ready for customers. I was very disappointed. Had I known, I would have ordered from somewhere else.

I’m a battle-scarred veteran of the infamous Cookie Wars behind the Zion Curtain in Utah. As a result, I take my cookie selection seriously. Chunk Cookies took me by surprise in a dang good way.
When we stopped in, one associate was holding down the fort. The available cookies looked good but they also had other bakery items that, if I’m honest, distracted from the star of the show, the cookies.
I went with the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and I can report that if it were fighting in the Utah Cookie Wars, it would leave its enemies quaking in fear. This cookie does not rely on being overly sweet to draw you in. Instead hearty but tasty oats envelop the chocolate chips to bring off a cookie that delivers buttery chocolate goodness with each bite. It’s doughy enough to be fun but not so much to make you regret one’s life choices.
Tasty cookie, a shop worth going back to time and again.

The Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie is fabulous! The outside is crispy and the inside is chewy, soft and gooey. You definitely need a glass of milk to wash it down. We will definitely return for more. Thank you.

I ordered on Too good to go and honestly I wouldn’t go back because the cookies were doughy. My husband and I didn’t care for them.
This is our favorite cookie joint. They make crumble look like garbage. The cookies are so fresh fluffy stuffed with goodness, the cookie butter filled cookie is to die for. They've remodeled and upgraded their physical location it's very cute they also have some new offerings like cinnamon rolls muffins and banana bread. Oh my God the banana bread don't get me started this stuff is always super friendly even if you're not craving a cookie and you walk by this place the smell of a loan will convince you that you are hungry for a cookie LOL

I've always enjoyed the honey and cinnamon butter and I always order that with some rolls. My absolute favorite are the orange glazed cinnamon rolls. However in wanting to order that today, it is not available on the app or the website. I know it's there because I order it all the time. Also the last time I ordered the young man I dealt with wasn't too friendly at all. I've done customer facing work before, and at his age. You want your customers to come back, lol. Especially if it's a family run business, add that smile to it, it is literally adding more money to your pocket!! Overall a positive experience each time I go.
