This is our favorite cookie joint. They make crumble look like garbage. The cookies are so fresh fluffy stuffed with goodness, the cookie butter filled cookie is to die for. They've remodeled and upgraded their physical location it's very cute they also have some new offerings like cinnamon rolls muffins and banana bread. Oh my God the banana bread don't get me started this stuff is always super friendly even if you're not craving a cookie and you walk by this place the smell of a loan will convince you that you are hungry for a cookie LOL

I've always enjoyed the honey and cinnamon butter and I always order that with some rolls. My absolute favorite are the orange glazed cinnamon rolls. However in wanting to order that today, it is not available on the app or the website. I know it's there because I order it all the time. Also the last time I ordered the young man I dealt with wasn't too friendly at all. I've done customer facing work before, and at his age. You want your customers to come back, lol. Especially if it's a family run business, add that smile to it, it is literally adding more money to your pocket!! Overall a positive experience each time I go.

Disappointing experience at this location. I walked in ready to purchase a box of cookies, but the two employees on duty ignored me. An alarm was going off, and instead of acknowledging my presence or offering a simple “I’ll be with you shortly,” they glanced over and went back to the back.
After waiting with no assistance, I left. Only then did they peek out again, still without saying a word. This lack of basic customer service reflects poorly on the business. If staff isn’t willing to engage with customers, it directly impacts sales and reputation. Management should address this.

Where do the good cookies go to hide away hide away? I’m a good good boy who needs a little company… this used to be the place where they hid away but NOT THE CASE ANYMORE. THEY RUINED THEIR OWN RECIPE BY FLATTENING THEIR COOKIES. Is this flat Stanley for cookies? Disgraceful!! Will not be returning, change the name of your restaurant while you’re at it corporate Chunk or should I say corporate Flat Stanley!!!!

Always loved chunk! I like to buy the frozen dough for pazookis for my family or if I’m having a cookie craving I just pop one in the over the dough is so good. I just had the apple fritter omg delicious. I warmed it up with butter. Yummy! I love the new bakery addition I’ll be back more often to check out the other goods.
I’m a cookie connoisseur, so take this seriously- These are the best cookies out of the big shop cookies. Hands down. Just ate a chocolate chip like usual and it’s the perfect amount of sweet for a cookie, then has softness but also has the crisp.
The addition of the bakery is perfect, my husband is more of a baked goods guy and he got cinnamon rolls and a brownie. It was all so so good.
Employees are always fun, store is clean and well kept. So happy every time we go!!

I am disappointed with the cookies these days . The cookies used to be big and chunky. Now they are just flat and small. The chocolate chip cookie in particular, has three tiny chocolate chips in it. They used to have big chunky chocolate chips in them and many of them in each cookie . They may as well call it sugar cookie rather than chocolate chip cookie . The prices are going up and quality of product is going down . Will not be returning .
