I had received a promotion email stating this location was under new management so I decided to give them a try about a week later. My experience here wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t great. I hate to say it but I had much better experiences every time I had visited before this new management had taken over.
I walked in, employees looked a bit annoyed. There was only one other customer in the store so it was slow. One employee walked up to me and asked how she can help me with a straight face and unhappy tone. I told her I was picking up an online order and she walked over, grabbed my food & drinks and handed them to me and said nothing more, then walked away. No smile, no words, nothing.
Again, nothing bad but considering I’ve experienced above and beyond customer service at this same location many times with the old management, this left a bitter taste in my mouth. Especially since I always try to be extra nice to customer service and food service employees knowing that they have to deal with a lot. (I’m one myself).
Not sure if this new management is enforcing a ton of strict new rules thinking it’s going to help but instead it just makes the work environment unenjoyable (because new management‘s tend to do that) or if the employees were just having a rough day. Not sure if I’ll be back but I definitely won’t be WANTING to go back anytime soon. It sucks because my family and I used to love coming to this place.
Wanted to give 3 stars but gave 4 because I didn’t want to be too harsh with the new management.

Great place. Delicious choices. Michael, the owner was friendly, polite and even gave 3 of us a sample juice. He is definitely passionate about juicing and his business. Highly recommend. Wish we had a Clean Juice in WA.

I really wanted to like this place so much so that after the mediocre experience I had yesterday (lack of flavor in the smoothie) I stopped in again today to give it a second chance. Ordered something I have ordered at many similar healthy/organic food and coffee spots around town. Blended espresso with peanut butter banana dates and almond milk. Sounds yummy one of my favorite things to start the day…I wish I was being dramatic when I said it actually tasted like none of those items. Just almond milk and ice. Not a hint of espresso banana peanut butter or date. I turned around and drove back to let the guy behind the counter know and he actually said to me “yeah it’s mostly ice” why on earth would anybody pay $11.80 for almond milk and ice?!? I had to ask for a refund and handed it back to the guy.
