****UPDATE - After submitting a complaint through their website, the woman who oversees the 4 stores called me and apologized for the employees. They gave me a refund for the unauthorized tip that was added on. That was it, that was the extent of their customer service. She was also unaware of how the store operates, by writing down customers' credit card numbers on pieces of paper for call-in orders. Bottom line, I will not be going back here, especially to this location as they have zero supervision or care in the world. ****They only employ RUDE people with attitudes. I called in a to-go order and the girl on the phone was apparently writing my order and my CREDIT CARD info down on a paper. I complained to the manager (Sarah) when I got there and she was also very dismissive about it. She told me they're "very good about shredding the papers" with our credit card information. She was not friendly at all. What a joke! Then someone ADDED ON a $7 tip on top of my to-go order, out of spite I assume. I've been calling the restaurant for 2 days and haven't received a call back from the manager yet. I will be continuing to contact them until they resolve it and take responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE. The bad reviews are all accurate. And do not call in an order or give them your credit card over the phone. This place is completely unprofessional.

If this place doesn't start to invest in more large beer mugs or an additional cooler to keep them cold I won't keep coming here due to warm beer. When they have cold mugs this place is great. The servers and bar tenders are awesome and the food is great. People just don't want to drink cold beer in a warm mug because they don't have enough.

Walked in with a group of 5 on Sunday. Place was empty. The hostess met us with an eyeroll because we interrupted her facetime call trying to be sat. After being sat, our waitress was kind just new. She didn’t have answers for us about wells for drinks. We asked about the hostess about the special as she dropped out waters. She tried to walk away pretending not to hear us but we were met with another eyeroll, and poor response - ‘i dont know.. 5 or 6?’ …. We ultimately decided to leave without getting anything. Just those few encounters were enough. Front of house needs serious work..

I used to have a really good time here. The staff is always great. The management is the worst. For context, I’m a married gay man that found a sort of home in a place I didn’t belong. The clientele, for the most part, were very accepting. We made great friends. They even let us put up a small pride flag that I paid for. It was up for about a year. We had friends come in from Europe and color their dollar bills. I got word that it was taken down by the owner. The owner needed to replace the required certificates and removed the flag.The people are great. The staff are incredible. The food sucks and the owner refuses to update the menu. The owner sucks.Let’s do better.

Wings were meaty and delicious. An amazing list of wing flavors to choose from.Onion rings were very good too!Menus were paper..kinda bizarreBut many items to select from.Atmosphere was typical bar with restaurant .In a strip mall..but worth the trip
Server is was amazing but wings were completely uncooked. Still bleeding! I wanted them removed from the bill but I was told the most they can do is take off $5. I wouldn’t care if it was red meat but chicken?! I was sick for a few days after. Don’t go

December 6 2023 the Bartender was was to busy with her phone doing Snapchats couldn’t take my order correctly and was very Rudd and the drinks were lame food was disgusting like her attitude! Don’t recommend unless you want trash food and bartender female attitude! Trashy restaurant/Bar come on over to experience your self!

First let me say the last reviewer on December 6th needs to check his spelling. Second I was the customer sitting next to you when you threw a fit like a child over tomato’s on your burger. Mistakes happen, and Dani several times offered to make it right for you. Your attitude wasn’t appreciated by the other individuals in the bar. Go some place else and be a baby!

Cogburns has great potential. Their wings have been overcooked more times than not but, when they get it right, they're good. Overcooked, they are tough and scrawny, but done right, they are tender and have a lot more meat. The customer service isn't bad but I definitely think they can step up their game. Get the order right and deliver a better product.
