nice place for ice cream

we walked in hoping to get a silk shake. No one welcomed us in, the lights on the ice cream display were off and missing labels on some icecreams, great start. I asked the young woman if they had almond milk for the silk shakes and she didn’t even know what I was talking about and pointed the icecream out to me, I told her I wanted a shake and she said she would ask her supervisor. She came back and said they didn’t have almond milk to make what I wanted to order so I left and didn’t buy anything. Hope this location does better with training staff in the future and upkeeps with the looks of the store

I was able to get an amazing custom ice cream cake very quickly! The girl who helped me (sadly didn't get her name) was so sweet and kind. Great customer service!

Was in the mood for ice cream when I got there, but was no longer in the mood after I paid. When I tried to pay, the clerk would not take my $100 bill. I was told they don't take anything bigger than a 20. When I asked her why she said that too many fake hundreds get passed there. My reply was with a little training they would be able to tell if the bill was legit. I had to get
in the car and drive to the closest place where I could change it which was frys. My opinion is the only reason a bill could get passed there is laziness. They would rather inconvenience the customer then train their employees on how to spot a counterfeit bill. I worked in printing for 35 years and it is very easy to spot a counterfeit. With inflation as high as it is, 100 dollar bills are in use now more than ever. Cold Stone needs to train their employees on how to spot counterfeit money so that hard-working Americans can spend their money there. Until they do, I'll spend my money on Tillamook and eat at home.

Love it

I always go later and the girls working are absolute gems. I should have gotten their names tonight but I didn't think about it until I left. They are so friendly and sweet. The Ice cream is always great, it's Cold Stone. Thank you for being there to cheer a sick pregnant lady up!
