Ice cream is always inconsistent. I always order the same thing. Some days it’s chock full of toppings and other days it barely has any. These places need to have some sort of standardized portion sizes because it really frustrating for customers when it’s never consistent.

AWFUL SERVICE! I rarely leave reviews but this was worth my time. This location was awful. Iliana, I think that was her name, acted completely inconvenienced that we were there. She was impatient with my kids and was rude when we ordered. And we were the only people there at 4:15pm on a Saturday, so, I'm not sure why she was acting so short with us. Cold stone used to be a fun place which (kind of) justified the ridiculously high prices. I will never go back to this location. The other girl that was there said that Iliana was the manager and that there was no way to speak to another manager or store owner, who are apparently her parents . Sad that she would treat a family run store that way.

The girl who made my ice cream bowl was distracted. I had to tell her what type of ice cream I wanted 3 times. But the kicker was that she half mixed in my add-ins so I had a bunch of brownie chunks in each bite. She rushing to do something after she finished with me. Nobody got tipped because she didn’t care. 5/17 5:30pm

I’ve been to dozens of Ice Cream destinations, Cold Stone is unmatched in its taste, quality and flavor selection. To imagine ice cream that tastes better is more difficult than explaining color to a blind man. Ice cream, throughout its long and delicious history, has reached its pinnacle vertex — Cold Stone Creamery.

We came in for icecream but the girl apologized and explained as soon as we came in they were only accepting cash. I only had my debit so I thanked her and declined and asked if my son could use the restroom. She was very friendly and said we could. Restroom was VERY clean. As we were heading out she asked if the kids wanted a scoop in spite of us not being able to pay since I only had a debit card. I thought that was so nice! I thanked her again and declined her offer. What a sweetheart. Very clean place too 👏🏻

Can’t go wrong with cold stone usually. Employees behind the counter did a good job with portioning out the order at this location.

Creative flavors and great menu variety. Great service too. Love the berry cheesecake

Why is the customer service so bad. 1 it takes so long to scoop the ice cream and put it in a cone I was there for like 10 minutes because everyone was slacking. 2 The manager is so mean I don't remember her name but it started with a L. Workers there are very disrespectful to fellow workers and customers. Stay very far way we need this place under better management or even better closed.

Came in to get a couple of cups on a Saturday night and was pleased with everything. The only complaint I had was that the staff didn't ask if they were for there or to go.

Arrived at 9:55 said it closed at 10 but they locked the doors employees just looked at us. There was three of us waiting outside too bad you guys lost out on business.
