Can’t go wrong with cold stone usually. Employees behind the counter did a good job with portioning out the order at this location.

Small and very little toppings, waffle bowl was stale and hard like it had been out for a week or more.

Creative flavors and great menu variety. Great service too. Love the berry cheesecake
Love this place ?
Why is the customer service so bad. 1 it takes so long to scoop the ice cream and put it in a cone I was there for like 10 minutes because everyone was slacking. 2 The manager is so mean I don't remember her name but it started with a L. Workers there are very disrespectful to fellow workers and customers. Stay very far way we need this place under better management or even better closed.
Came in to get a couple of cups on a Saturday night and was pleased with everything. The only complaint I had was that the staff didn't ask if they were for there or to go.
Arrived at 9:55 said it closed at 10 but they locked the doors employees just looked at us. There was three of us waiting outside too bad you guys lost out on business.
Fast service and great ice cream!

Terrible service. Waited in line, only 2 people in front of me, took over 35 min before they got to me. When I ordered a shake one of the two employees said "I don't know how to make those" and walked away, and the other clearly had no idea how to make what I ordered. I gave up and left.
The employee that was working at 4pm on a Sunday was very unfriendly. After completing mine and my young sons order which was just small vanilla cups, she reached out and purposefully dropped the ice cream from several inches on top of the counter rather than just placing them on the counter. I have never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant establishment in my life. Hence why I’m taking time to write this. The men’s restroom was also extremely dirty and looked to have not been cleaned in a long time. The large trash can was over flowing with trash and there were paper towels all over the bathroom floor. Looking at the other reviews on this location I really hope something is done. We will not be coming back.
Went in with my husband for an ice cream treat on a busy Sunday. I order the dairy free silk and it looks like soup when served up. I stated it’s pretty melted and she commented, “ it’s just because it’s non dairy.” Really? Then what was the excuse for my husbands regular dairy? She said I’ll let my manager know. I said you should do that because no one expects to pay $15 for melted ice cream. Her response….”I just work here.” Umm, don’t you think if the case cooler isn’t working, it is your job because you work there, to let someone in charge know what you’re serving up?!
Poor hygiene. While I was in the store, an employee was making an ice cream cake. She dropped a big chunk of ice cream on the floor and then she went ahead and scooped it right off the floor and put it on the ice cream cake she was making. I feel bad for the customer that has to eat that cake. That store needs a supervisor to check on the high school kids working there.
My sister and I came at 9:48, their hours online and on their window show that they do not close until 10. They had doors locked and the open sign off. There was a gentleman in front of us who worked for a delivery business who had been waiting even before us because the order was wrong. He pulled on the door and knocked. His order was wrong and he worried about the customer complaining that the order wasn't correct, but the two girls inside wouldn't even look at any of us to even say that they will no longer be taking orders and can't fix his order. They straight up ignored all three of us and refused to engage. One girl was sweeping and wouldn't even turn around even though this gentleman knocked. He then walked away frustrated and me and my sister were still waiting and the girl behind the counter was laughing. Then she shut the lights off. A business doesn't lock their doors BEFORE closing time. Even if they couldn't make our order, or fix this gentleman's order, the professional thing to do would be to at least let us know that it wasn't doable. But to completely ignore us knocking, standing there, and quite literally refusing to even engage even though there was still 12 minutes until they closed was extremely rude and unprofessional. It ultimately made all of us very uncomfortable. I will definitely be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow.
