This coffee shop is so clean with plenty of lighting , it's a beautiful place! The barista was super friendly and the coffee was great... the star for me was the made from scratch scones... OMG!!!!! The softest, SOOOO moist, not overly sweet just perfect! You need one in your life, trust me! (they no longer sell food but have several pastry items like muffins, SCONES, cookies, SCONES, cake pops and SCONES!!!!)

THEY NO LONGER SERVE FOOD, but the coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is very clean, comforting and inviting. The staff are so friendly we were chatting as if we saw each other all the time, and my little girl loved getting to walk around the campus and play in the grass ☺️ I got an iced Pumpkin Spice White Mocha and it was perfect! Definitely will come back for my next caffeine fix lol

A delicious chicken pesto sandwich, and I really enjoyed the Japanese iced coffee they have! I often don't like iced coffee at various places because it can be too watery or bitter or require too much doctoring up to taste good. I am glad I took a chance on their iced coffee! A splash of cream and some Stevia was all I needed to put in, and the flavor of the coffee was delicious! Not bitter at all and very smooth! Check it out!

Great coffee and decent food offers.

Great service, great space. The interior is roomy and sunny, yet its temperature is cool and comfortable. Plenty of options for sitting down with your laptop, from tables and chairs, to wide cushy chairs, to barstools with a laptop bar.

Commons Coffehouse is located down in Gilbert within a cool modern building housed on the campus of Redemption Church. The building is large, bright, and open, letting in tons of natural light through the garage door style windows.

Reading my book inside, along with a nice Lotus energy based drink in front of the large windows, was heavenly. Then I was ready for lunch and to head outdoors. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, even checking on me throughout my stay.

With a sandwich menu made with Boar's Head meats and Noble bread you can't choose wrong. They also have burgers and a quesadilla. I took my savory Italian ciabatta panini outside to enjoy the perfect AZ fall weather and views of the large grass lawn. The tasty sandwich and peaceful atmosphere was just what I needed for a chill day off.

Really neat place that is kind of tucked away. Large space indoors and outdoors. Great food and drinks. Friendly service. Large grass field out back for kids to play. Large common area indoors to work on your computer.

What a hidden gem! I accidentally found this place on Reddit while looking for a quiet place to study while I was in the Gilbert area. Compared to other coffee shops it was much quieter, and the staff was very amicable, not mention the coffee was phenomenal! If I am ever back in the area I know exactly where to go.

This place is beautiful. Not a "cozy" coffee shop, but one with a great big glass wall overlooking a green field (perfect to let your kiddos run around in!). The coffee is amazing (and I'm from Seattle so the bar is high) and the food is great. (I had a salad). The baristas are really kind and it's a great spot to meet friends and linger or work on your laptop.
