As a mobile notary, I'm always looking for places to go while between appointments or to meet clients.I visited this coffee shop/ cafe today to do a little work, and WOW! It's such a great space! My coffee was delicious and the avocado toast was, too!Highly recommend if you are in the area of Elliot and Mesa Dr.

This is the best coffee, huge space to sit and visit or work. Modern, clean and great, friendly staff. Try their Avocado toast!

The Commons is awesome and a joy to even set foot there. Everyone is smiling and welcoming. Food is awesome and they use local ingredients for their bread, coffee and meats. Highly recommend!

unfortunately the experience here was less than ideal even though I had such high hopes! The main factor getting the stars for this review is the space. it is expansive, clean, and modern. I would have been a regular here because there is plenty of seating that would allow for me to do any work with less distraction lol. The service was also what added the additional star because the baristas were courteous and nice. Unfortunately, what was docking the rest of the stars is two things...one was a foul odor that emitted the space. It was almost like toilet overflowing smell which is not appetizing when you are looking to grab a drink and a bit. Although we had planned to get food too, my friend and I decided just to stick with drinks. I opted for a blended dirty chai and unfortunately it was terrible. It did not taste like there was any espresso in it and the chair itself tasted so artificial and had a weird aftertaste. I was considering asking for another drink but saw that they were super busy and we opted not to wait. Unfortunately with this experience I am unsure if I'd come back. xx

I have been looking for a new place to study and I came across The Commons. The coffee shop is located on a church campus. The dining area is very open and pretty. I ordered an iced americano and the price was super reasonable. I think it was only $3. The employee behind the counter was helpful and sweet. I ended up spending 3 hours in the sitting area working on homework. I would recommend!

The food was incredible, very welcoming atmosphere, gorgeous environment. Prices were very fair and the customer service was stellar!! (: Will be back, such a hidden gem!

So pleasantly surprised by this place. It is inside the church campus so wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but it had amazing layout and doors opening up to green belts. The food (Burger) was above average and the staff was friendly. Great place to hang out to meet up with an old friend, get some work done or read a book.

This is my second trip to The Commons, and I brought my wife. The first time was pretty good and I thought let's try it together. Was a simple order 2 coffees 2 burritos and a pastry. The 2 stars, not 1, is for the friendly people and the food. The coffee, which I can only assume is the 7 Plagues of Egypt blend, was the single worst cup of coffee we've ever had. My wife manages a coffee shop, and we hit local spots regularly, so I can comfortably say we are coffee connoisseurs. This is a Coffee Shop, so your signature drink should be great. The fact that it's part of a church should make quality even more important. There won't be any converts because of this coffee for sure.

I truly love coming here. The coffee tastes great and has some good food options, but it's the environment that truly sets this apart. I work here as often on my laptop and find I focus much better in a positive place where everyone is smiling and

The commons is amazing!! For the past 3 years this has been a regular place I go. The food (especially the cubano sandwich) is incredible. They give great portions so you won’t be leaving hungry. And their coffee….WOW!!!!! I personally prefer their dirty chai but it’s all good!! And last but probably the most important thing is the staff!! They are so kind and caring. They learn people’s names and work so hard!! If you are on the fence, just get off of it right now and go to the commons. It’s WAY better than that fence you are sitting on trying to decide.

This cafe was introduced to me by work colleagues, and I am so glad! The salads are superb, great size and fresh toppings. The buffalo chicken wrap is delicious (especially when it's on special! what a deal!). I am always relaxed when in the space due to the comfortable modern atmosphere. The workers are always pleasant to interact with as well.

Lovely place to study, hangout, chill, read, or grab a cup of coffee. Prices are very reasonable and there are tons of tables and couches to hangout at. My only issue is that the hours are very limited and they are closed 3 days of the week. From the road the coffee shop is not visible but it is located next to Redemption Church, once you enter the parking lot, follow the signs and it'll take you there!
