Good shredded beef. Painfully slow service in the drive-thru. Be prepared to burn some serious gas waiting for your meal. And be sure to ask for utensils! For some reason, although most orders come with rice and beans, staff rarely remembers napkins and a fork. Guess you're supposed to eat 'em with your hands these days.

This review is long overdue and definitely deserved. Costa Vida is a weekly go to for my family. The food is always on point and the pico and tortillas are always super fresh. Highly recommend the sweet pork burrito, smothered with the tomatillo ranch but can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The team there is always upbeat and friendly!

I'm here at 920 and closed!! Google says they close at 10. Sign on door says 930!! Seems employees inside started around 9 to close!! Have chairs up and everything cleaned up!! Maybe regional manager needs to do his job!!

Kinda dirty, sweet pork was a giant 1x3 inch chunk inside my enchilada. Tortillas were in a stack stuck together and stale.
This is the most disgusting costa vida location I’ve ever been to. The entire place smells like a dirty gas station. The bathroom was a nightmare. The food was not even close to normal tasting. Pork was bad, tortillas were weird, rice was so gross. I cannot overstate this, do not go to this location.
Last time it was the wrong meat. This time the meat was GROSS and no guac or sour cream for the nachos and employees probably shouldnt be on the food line with a gross cough. Won't be back

I’ve been going to costa Vida for years. I always go to the Val Vista location. Tonight grabbed take out since I was close. These are the three sweet pork burritos that are supposed to be smothered. As visible in the pictures the outside of all of the burritos have no sauce and they are stuffed full of rice with some beans and almost no meat. Totally dry on the inside. I would recommend to anybody reading this to never come here. I will always take the time to drive to Val Vista

Came here for a dessert. Decided to go for the tres leches. Suddenly, I saw a flan advertised in the board but the lady says they don’t have it. I said ok… I will still get the tres leches. She unwrapped it and served it with no toppings, despite the website and the board advertising it fresh, with strawberries and whipped cream. Another associate claimed it may be because of those ingredients being hard to maintain. Sad to have this experience… I used to like this place but it has now declined in quality and overall experience. I will still visit occasionally because I like their sweet pork but less often for sure.

There’s no way a steak quesadilla should taste like a Krispy kreme donut. It taste like it was candied meat, very sweet, very confusing. I couldn’t eat it
